These guys are the best of the best! After two visits to Knoblock over the years with very satisfactory results, this spring I need my much cherished 2011 Mazda RX-8s (with only 18,000 miles) front bumper replaced and painted. The first time that Jeff and his awesome crew of painters took a shot at painting this bumper, it didnt come out quite right.. The paint on the bumper was considerably darker than the rest of the car, and after about a month and looking at the car closely in bright sunlight, I realize I needed to go back to Knoblock and trust that they would do what they needed to do to get the color to match EXACTLY. When I returned to Knoblock, Jeff agreed with me that it wasnt right and agreed to repaint the bumper at no charge, despite the extremely difficult color (a metallic red) Huge props to the crew at Knoblock that do the painting, since my thought is because this might have been one of the last 2011 Mazda RX-8s to roll off the assembly line ever (Mazda stopped making the car in 2011), chances are the paint they used was either not correct or a bit off from the get-go. Huge kudos to Jeff and the crew at Knoblock for being tenacious and not giving up after numerous attempts to find the correct paint color to match my cherished sports car. Finally, after five shots at it, they were able to get the color 100% exactly right! I have nothing but profound appreciation for these guys going the extra mile for me, and I would recommend Knoblock Auto Body to anyone looking for honest, stand up car guys (and gals) that consider customer satisfaction their top priority! My insurance company brought my car to this establishment after an accident. A job that was supposed to be finished by the end of January is still not completed and its already mid March. Everyday is a different excuse for why the car is not ready. The secretary claims to leave phantom messages on my phone explaining why the car is not yet ready, but I have yet to receive a single progress report unless I call them myself. The secretary also stated that she would send me e-mails and pictures of how the car is coming along. I have yet to receive those e-mails as well. Unless you want to have the most FRUSTRATING experience of your life, I suggest you stay far far away from Knoblock. Hope this review can save someone else from having the terrible experience Im having.

I have a 1978 Cadillac CDV. The quarter panel did not have much damage, but it did need to be re-painted. We’re talking about 39-year-old car with original paint, color of the car; white. I was not sure if they would be able to match the paint because it had to be matched to the passenger door which is still original paint. I could not believe it---perfect match…spot on perfect. I was amazed! When I dropped the car off it was filthy from the snow etc. and when I picked the car up it looked like it was coming out of the show room 39 years ago; beautiful. I just wanted to take the time to thank Maroon and everyone else that worked my car. Courteous and customer oriented employees...I highly recommend!!!!! Thank you again!!!!!

I went to Knoblock a couple of times as they were local to me. Overall I am less than impressed as they cut corners anywhere they can, inflate prices, buy cheapo parts and do as little work as possible. Hey, they cannot even balance tires. Never again, you will be better served even in MAACO.

Great Auto Body shop. They have a very high standard... they follow up inspect all vehicles before calling the job complete. They did bumper work on my daughters car after a minor fender bender... they noted a slight misalignment in the grill and replaced it...

Beware, they cut corners. My front bumper new paint was not blended into the fenders and hood. They also did not replace my damaged headlight when I was presented the finished work. I had to point out the headlight was still damaged. Very unprofessional

Brought my Jeep Liberty in that was hit when it was only 4 days old. Despite how tough I am to deal with, the pros at Knoblocks explained the whole procedure to me, provided me with a FREE LOANER CAR, and I could not have been happier with the results.

Took my truck to get an estimate here, and they charged me $130.00 and did absolutly no work, just for an estimate!! do not go here!! they will charge you anyway they can!

I brought my car in after being side swiped on the turnpike damaging the entire driver side. They completed the job in a week and a half and the car looks great!!
