I love these guys and cannot say enough about them. They have always been honest, smart, and cared about both me and my car(s) -- which are, of course, the same thing. I have needed autobody work -- some extensive, some not -- on a couple of cars. The front desk women, as well as John in the shop, have always been able to talk me off the ceiling after the shock of an accident. And have always taken on the burden of arrangements for insurance, for dealing with car dealers when needed, and even negotiating great prices on a rental car when necessary. When an indicator light went on my Audi A3 recently after theyd worked on it (extensively) & I had been driving it for more than a month, they told me to bring it right back in, scanned the car for any issues, reset ... well, whatever they have to reset ... and it seems fine, though they made me promise to bring it back next week just so they could recheck and look for any underlying problems. I adore my car, I adored my last car; I may live sort of in the middle of nowhere but the people at Woodcock, within walking distance of my house, are world-class. (PS I am definitely not a relative and nobody paid me to write this, no matter how gushing it may seem).

This is the only body shop I have taken my vehicles to over almost 18yrs and will continue to be after my recent experience. I have always been 100% satisfied with their work and the service is always top notch. Over the years I have been able to build a great relationship with Andrea and the office team and have always found that they go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. To my surprise, I received more then just amazing customer service today. I was reunited with my long lost wedding band that has been lost for the past 8 years! An employee was writing an estimate for my insurance company and found my diamond encrusted band between the interior floor and metal frame. I was called right away by Andrea and couldn’t believe what I was hearing. So needless to say I have a lot more to say about Woodcock Auto Body besides them being my #1 choice for body work! A special thank you to Edwin for showing me that there is still honest people out there!

I have now had two great experiences at Woodcock Auto. John, my account rep there, was absolutely awesome. He and I spoke at least every other day while my car was in their possession. He kept me up to date on every part of the process, from the initial estimation of damage to when the ordered parts came in to the status of the work being completed. They are industry experts, and made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the process. One of the most important parts is how I truly felt that they were looking out for my best intentions. John is a super genuine guy, he is the reason I will take my business to them going forward. Thanks John! -Q

I couldnt be any happier, not only with how the repair turned out, but with the exceptional customer service. I figured that getting my car repaired would be a nightmare and Woodcock Auto Body made the whole process so easy. They were very accommodating, polite, and did a great job communicating throughout the process. Its so refreshing to find an auto body shop where I dont drive away feeling like I was price gouged or bullied into an unnecessarily expensive repair.
