Mama Toll

We tried to attend a free trial childrens class and left after about 5 minutes. The volume level used in this school is extremely damaging to young ears. The instructor barks orders on a microphone over the music which is as loud as you would hear in a night club. When I politely asked if the volume could be lowered, I was told (in Spanish), "Thats the level used here." Even after I tried to explain that small ear drums could be damaged by the volume, my concerns were dismissed. I promptly removed my children. It is NEGLIGENT and ABUSIVE to expose young children to that level of noise on a regular basis. Anything over 80 decibels can be damaging - especially with prolonged exposure. A night club is typically reaches at about 115 decibels and this place definitely reached at least that! The level was hurting my ears and I was as far from the speakers as one could get. The children, however, are dancing right in front of them. My daughter was in tears when we left, expressing relief to get away from that environment and complaining of ear pain. Most of all, Im disappointed with the total lack of concern or interest shown by the owner. Her blatant disregard was so rude, I would never recommend this place.

Im a current student at Quimbara Dance Studio and I just want to say that Im in love with this studio ! I love my teacher Leonardo because he makes the classes fun and I never get bored ! Theres bachata and salsa classes and I take both classes because I love both styles ! For me it doesnt matter how many classes I have during the week as long as I go Im happy : ) This studio is literally like my 2nd home Im here almost everyday but I dont care I just love it ! You wont regret coming here ! Come and try out some classes youll have fun !

By far the best studio my daughter has danced at!!! They are very professional and always make sure your child feels comfortable! Its my daughters second home! The owners go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcomed!!! The teacher is the best and has made my daughter improve soooo much!!! Happy happy client!

Love love this place they teach how to dance as little as 5 years old to adults the teacher Leonardo is amazing the staff is awesome and the people in there treat you like family! They also offer Zumba classes which I love totally recommended!!!

i had such a great time taking the salsa and bachata classes. the instructor is by far one of the greatest i have encounter. he makes the class fun and entertaining. everyone at the studio is very nice and welcoming.
