Car: 2006 RX8 Job: replace subframe Overall: Nice, clean, large facility. Friendly staff (experience with Joe and Kelley). Fairly good communication - web/email updates pretty cool though delayed and seldom. Not sure about workmanship, horrific turnaround. Not recommended for customers paying out of pocket. Made appointment to bring car in for subframe replacement, 4 days prior. Car was dropped off, and for about 1.5 day, it sat outside, no work was done to it. Granted Joe disclosed there may be delays due to their insurance contracts earlier (reflected in star rating), this was still disappointing. Ideally, the appointment should have been rescheduled ahead of time. After starting the job, called indicating that the adjustment bolt on LCA was rusted and seized. Part was 2 days out. Upon part arrival, it took them more than 2 full days to finish an estimated (per alldata) 7 hour job. Reviewing the alignment sheet, I discovered that front right side had -0.1deg camber while left side had +0.3deg camber. Car slightly pulls left constantly. Called to inquire and was told the car is within specifications, period. Never heard of positive camber on sports cars, with 0.4 degrees asymmetric difference in camber, being called in spec. The thrust angle is at -0.2 degrees - this means the car will pull left, even on paper. The following points are questionable, but I am disclosing because i am convinced beyond reasonable doubt. There are 2 long and thin scratches on the front door, each about 1 foot long - one of the scratches was worked on with touch-up pen. There is a deep gash, about 1"X1" on the front lip - paint and primer scraped off. I love my car so I am very meticulous about it. I keep her clean, take HD pictures all the time after washing and waxing. These scratches were not there at time of drop off. Which makes me think - maybe thats why it was returned so filthy inside and out compared to how it was when I dropped it off. white foot and rub marks on black interior, completely dust-caked exterior. Granted car was there for 8 days, and it rained once or twice, this is a place that does body work. It seemed odd considering I just spent close to $1000. There was 1/4 tank less gas in the tank upon pickup. Called to ask about these - Joe indicates he asked the tech and he is unaware of any of this. Few days after the job, there are rattling and clunking noises from the front suspension. Maybe coincidence? I will not return there to get this followed up on due to fear of not getting my car back on time again. Will visit a different shop to correct the alignment and inspect the noises at additional expense instead. Update: visited another shop and Technician knew the car would pull left from the alignment sheet. Corrected within 20 min and car drives straight now.

Theres a long story with my case. I live in NJ but had an accident in CT. My insurance company reccomneded me to get it fixed up there. I regret it. The folks in CT ruined my car ! They didnt get the framing right. So my bumper had a significant gap in it where the bumper meets the fender. They tried gluing my bumper to the fender ! They also destroyed the interior of my car. Scratching up my pannels and radio. When they gave me my car my steering wheel was not on correctly. You would think that would be on correctly. Goes to show it was not test driven. Anyway long story short since i had to get the repairs done with a insurance approved autobody. A friend of mine who owns a shop reccomened Pro Line. I regret not just paying the 200$ extra to tow my car here. The folks at pro line cleaned up all off the mess that the folks at CT did. They did a wonderful job getting everything right. Joe the shop manager and the owner went above and beyond to help me and make things as smooth and comfortable as possible for me. The lady at the front desk was also very professional. This place truly cares about quality of their work and customer service. Pro line is the place to go!!!!!!!!! Thanks pro line !!!!!

I did a lot of research for a place to fix my vehicle after I was in a small accident. I must add that I do not just take my car anywhere. I found Proline on Google and read through the reviews. I thought that the reviews were really good so I stopped by the shop. Everybody was very friendly and happy to talk to me about my car. Even the owner came out to take a look and offer suggestions. They worked diligently with my insurance company to get everything repaired and replaced. They too very good care of my car and I am utterly thankful. I also want to send a HUGE THANK YOU as I received exceptional service from Kelly and Lilianna. They were both very diligent in keeping me up-to-date day to day on the progress of my car. They always returned my phone calls and answered any questions that I had. I would recommend them to anybody who wants to have a trustworthy and reliable experience. I just got my car back after needing some body work done, and I couldnt be happier. The work done looks great, it looks like the accident never even happened. The people working there are highly trained and very easy to talk to. One cool thing that I liked was they sent me daily emails of how the progress was going. I will definitely be returning if I ever need to.

This service station is working with Geico Express office. The staff here is friendly and professional. Once car is in their hands they will call you few times during the fix process: once after estimate is ready, once when the work is started and few times to give you updates. Loved the customer service here.

I had a great experience at Proline Body & Chassis! I got rear ended a few weeks ago and I brought my car to Proline. They were very helpful and even gave me the ability to track the repair online. You usually dont expect good customer service from an auto shop, but these guys were a pleasure to work with.

Good place. The place I go to when I need repair. Although they should try to fix the best they can, some repairs are noticeable especially with buyer you can tell its not symmetric and attached poorly.
