When I first started looking for a location to select as our storage provider, I was very careful in the process to make sure I found a secure place, a friendly atmosphere, with strong management on site. It has been three years since I selected this location as my provider, and given how great my experience has been, I decided to take the time out to write a review. The manager of the location, Nelson, is one of the most helpful and knowledgeable managers I have ever met. He always services our needs, is always friendly, and makes himself available any time you have any concerns or questions...not that there have been many issues at all during my three years as a customer. His staff is also very courteous and willing to help out in any circumstance. My wife and I have always had a great experience with the entire staff. As far as the condition of the property, the facility is well-maintained, it is extremely safe, and its comforting to know that Nelson is always on-site. If you are in the market for a reputable and trustworthy storage provider, I urge you to drop in and talk with Nelson. Or give him a shout...I assure you, you wont regret it! Best storage place I have ever used!!

Nelson, the manager for the Extra Space Storage facility in Englewood, is top notch with his customer service and he keeps his storage areas very clean. He took his time to make sure that I was happy with my storage space rental, which included providing detailed information regarding the different sizes of storage and personally walking me through the facility. I actually went to the Hackensack location first since their storage rental rates were slightly lower. However, when I visited the Hackensack location, I was really disappointed that their storage areas were dirty, the manager was not as friendly / accommodating, and the outdoor storage spaces were not well-lit. Nelson went beyond his duties to work with me on securing a storage space that I was satisfied with, both in price and location. He provided excellent customer service :) Thank you, Nelson, for making my storage rental experience a satisfactory one. I appreciate the time that you spent to accommodate my storage needs.

The facility is super clean. I feel safe day or night. The website advertised the unit and facility exactly as it is (WYSIWYG). The level of service was above and beyond my expectations. As far as the professional assistance from the staff: Brenlan, the onsite manager, is knowledgeable, available, funny, professional and helpful. Friendly? Well, I made a lifetime friend. He does not work at the site anymore but he made my transition a lot easier. Whenever I had concerns and called, the staff responded to my questions without hesitation. The facility is secure with the passcodes entered at several places, for our benefit. This particular site is conveniently located on a street that has easy access to enter and exit the lot. Once in the lot, there is a gate, get through the gate and to the building. Start loading and unload your belongings. Tada - you have started your own experience. The temperature in the building is just right. I can only say good things about Extra Space in Englewood.

I have been using Extra Space Storage in Englewood for past year and I am very satisfied with this place. The building is clean and close to home. I just transferred to a smaller unit and at first, the computer indicated that there was no smaller unit available. So Nelson, the manager, went out of his way and walked through the whole building and found an unit that had just become available. Then he saw me struggling to load heavy bookcases on to the cart and brought dollies to make it easier. Not only that, he helped me move my things to the other unit. Thanks to Nelson, I was able to move to the new unit very quickly. Highly recommended!

Ive had my account with Extra Space Storage for quite a while now and I absolutely love the staff they take very good care of my things and Im more than happy and I have suggested so many my friends we all come to extra space . Im a collective and I require a climate-controlled um area and I am very happy with it I rest assure if you ever need a place to have your things put for a little bit or long while Extra Space expats is a place to go and the place is very clean the staff like I repeat are excellent and Im very happy so if you great place to hold your most precious items please answer Nelson or Lily have a fabulous day

Five stars to Nelson and Lilly! My wife and I have been using their storage facility for over 12 years now, and from the start they have always treated us like family. Refreshingly personable, professional, helpful. and thorough. The facility is immaculate, well-maintained, nice and warm in winter and nice and cool in the summer. They are always on site, always ask us if everything is OK, and always make sure we are happy. We whole-heartedly praise and recommend Nelson and Lilly to anyone who needs a safe, reliable, and clean solution for storage. Thank you for everything, Nelson and Lilly!

I went in to help a friend move and I notice how clean the property was and when I went in the office looking for a cart the young lady Lyly got right up and went to the property to get one for me. I also ran into a gentleman who said his name was Nelson the manager on the property and he was very friendly. He asked us if everything was ok and if we needed anything to Please let him know. Im not renting a unit but if I needed one I really feel I would definitely rent here very clean and staff really good.

Nelson and Lilly are the best! When I moved to the area, my move in day was quite busy, as I had to bring things to the storage facility as the movers were unloading their truck, As it turns out, I needed a bigger unit. Lilly made the necessary calls and got back to me within minutes and arranged for a bigger unit. It was a lifesaver! Nelson is a great guy. Very professional and helpful. The facility is well maintained and the best storage facility Ive ever used. I give Nelson and Lilly 5 stars!

We needed a storage unit quickly when my grand parents passed away, and Extra Space came to the rescue. Other storage companies had us wait, and were not attentive. The staff at Extra Space, however, took us right in, showed us several units, and we came up with the perfect solution. The units are all very clean, and the staff is attentive and personable. The units are secure, and give peace of mind. I have recommended the facility to other family and friends, and everyone has been pleased.

Needed a little bit of storage, and a 5X5 was the perfect size. The overall facility is very clean, The availability of a moving cart is helpful. The staff is especially helpful and friendly. The storage unit was available right away. For us, living in Manhattan, the location for the price is terrific. If it wasnt for the eight buck bridge toll, it would be ideal, but of course that isnt Extra Spaces fault. Talk to Nelson. Hes what customers wish for from service staff.
