I came in to inquire about storage for a friend of mine, I had the pleasure of speaking and doing business with Joe, I dont recall the other gentlemans name but they were both extremely professional and were very personable at the same time. They didnt just seem to want my business, they took an interest in us and really went the extra mile to help us out with all of our needs and concerns. The property was in outstanding condition, they truly seem to take pride in their company. Ive been to other storage companies looking for pricing and I did not have an experience nearly as good as I did here. I would recommend my family and friends to this property.

So this guy, Joe, and the rest of his staff? I cant even begin to tell you how helpful they are. Its like walking into "Cheers" whenever I go there. Im so pleased with the service that I almost never do online reviews, but felt they deserved one. I want to tell everyone how super helpful they are. Friendly, funny, courteous, couldnt ask for a better crew. I would advise you drop your current vendor and go here ASAP. Theres no way youre getting your moneys worth unless youre using these guys.

I used Extra Storage when I was moving to South Florida a few years back... It was a very clean and the staff was very knowledgeable on what unit I would need for my 1 bed apt until I made the transition. They even helped me navigate the truck when I was ready to haul! All of my personal items were safe and the climate control helped keep my winter clothes in great shape during the summer months. I was very happy with the pricing and all of my questions were answered. Thank You Joe and Ken!

This is my first experience with any storage space business, and Im happy to say that this facility is spotless, accessible 24/7, and I have a feeling of complete safety, even when alone. The gentleman assisting me, Kenneth, made the process seamless and he was able to answer all of my questions, which were numerous. I have been at this unit for a year already and the facility is absolutely always clean, very secure and like new. The staff is phenomenal and the two gentlemen who work there (Joe and Ken) always help me carry my boxes. They are so friendly and helpful at this location I have already recommended them to various coworkers. Wonderful service!
