Absolutely horrible experience!! Would give zero stars. I reserved a van in advance for my move to Connecticut. It was confirmed for 6:30am pick up and I was told it was a "self-check in". When we arrived at 6:30, I started the check in and it said that they had not prepared my van and to call the number listed to contact them. We called 15-20 times and no answer! Couldnt even leave a voicemail since the mailbox was full! After this, we had to walk to the real uhaul business location and wait an hour for our reservation to be sent over. Were still here waiting currently and had hoped to have been packed up and on our way by now! Our whole move is delayed now because of this place!!!! Its a long drive and not one we wanted to make mid-day in July weather!

The people in the site did not offer much help with figuring out the size of storage needed. When I signed he contract the lady just added $12 insurance to the monthly bill without asking for my permission nor did she could explain what it was for. When I probed the subject she explained that it was against theft and fire probably. She could not print out a paper explaining the policy to me. I find this kind of action to be dubious and just wrong. This is no way to conduct an honest business.

Horrible service not clear on what is included gave me a reservation with pick up included . Went to go get everything done and they tell me there is no driver until a week later . If they would have made it clear to me over the phone a week ago I would have found something now I have to move today and I have no way to get my things there . Horrible attitude and telling me I can not speak with a manager

The place looks amazing since is under New Management , very nice, clean and much brighter. Before the place didnt look inviting and uplifting was very Spoky , I actually didnt like to go in at all my husband did. Bought since its New Management Now I go almost all the time that I need to go. THANK YOU STORAGE BLUE.

Constantly raising the storage unit rent(every 9-10 months). A mandatory unnecessary insurance fee that they add on to your rent bill. Not happy, trying to look for another place.
