Im very pleased with the professional service Ive received from Extra Space Storage. Preparing to move is always stressful but from the moment I walked into Extra Space, everyone was helpful and friendly. I heard about Extra Space through a First Month Free promotion. I have used other facilities in the past that have conveniently forgotten about such deals. Extra Space actually reminded me of the promotion when I got ready to pay! Also, I was concerned that my belongings would be stored in a higher level unit, which would have made it much more difficult for me to access them. I expressed my concerns and they were more than happy to give me a ground floor unit. It was very clean and spacious. I recently made my first payment and Patricka, my account rep, was lovely to speak with. I didnt have to wait on hold at all. I recommend Extra Space to anyone looking for a great storage facility.

My wife and I needed to downsize from a 7X10ft unit to a smaller 5X10ft. one. Within a couple of days, Char Flowers called my wife and I and indicated that a unit was available, but that it was climate controlled and therefore more money. We were ready to take it since it was still cheaper than our 7X10 unit. Within a couple days of that Char called us back and found us a non-climate controlled unit that was perfect and is saving us close to $70 a month. From beginning to end Shar was friendly, helpful, and interested in helping us. I recommend working with Char and Extra Space for all your storage needs. They are professional, friendly and helpful!

I reserved the space over the phone and everything was smooth, got my call back right when I hung up with the sales person. I give 3 stars because when I got to Extra Storage Space the gentleman I the office (Indian man) was very very rude and although the sales lady over the phone stated first month was free and the space was $150 he was trying to force me to pay first month and charged me $159.99 a month. I had to get vicious for me to get my first month free because he was insisting I pay it but I wasnt having it. Everytime someone came into the office he was rude to all. Other than that thieve everything else was smooth.

When I was looking for an extra closet I searched the web and found many places, some offering good deals but none like this. First month is free when you reserve online, and no hidden agendas like you need to be there for 2 months, no contract! There prices are very good and you get more room than you can imagine. No climbing up latters to reach your small spot, everything is on ground level. Easy access, staff are nice and helpful and carts are usually available (only happened once as it was busy at that time no carts). All in all a good clean place that has great pricing!

Horrible customer service. Wouldnt return multiple phone calls when I tried to give a move out date (two weeks in advance) so the rent could be pro-rated (theyll tell you that they will do this when you move in). The payment was automatically taken out for the full month and when I finally get ahold of them I was told by a rude manager that they dont give refunds even though it was their fault I couldnt speak with them before the payment date. Ive now paid for 18 days that I wont even be in the unit because of their inability to deal with customers when they call...

I had a last minute change in our moving plans & called the Extra Space Storage facility. The customer Sales agent Patricka Peters was extremely helpful, Patricka had me informed on the services & set up right away. I arrived there 2 hours later with the moving truck & Patricka was able to have me signed in & ready to store my belongings in about 10 minutes. This was really the best customer service Ive had in awhile, Patricka Peters & Extra Space Storage is a 5 stars for Brooklyn residents...Chris Mck

I met with Bishop and Char to rent a storage unit. The facilities are grade A+, the tour, unit, access and terms were perfect. Theres definitely a reason they are top rated. This is the kind of business that invests in itself and it shows. They are easily accessible from the the Subway and next to the highway. They also sell boxes, locks, tape and more and very fair prices. The loading and unloading dock can easily accept and semi and theres plenty of parking. Defiantly choose these fantastic people.

I highly recommend this particular Extra Space Storage location. Ive only had the best of experiences with Char & Patrika. They know their stuff, they are super helpful, professional & curtious. Its always nice when you deal with real caring people. I feel so comforted knowing these ladies work where my extra belongings have to live for now. If you are looking for a storage place, I highly recommend reaching out to these ladies, you Will be in the right hands!!

The Extra Space Storage location I use is located at 201 64th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11218. I am very pleased with the service I recieved at this location during my first visit. I arrived at the location about 30m before they were about to close. They took their time to explain all the available units, pricing and promotions. They also took me to see a few different units and made sure I was happy with the unit I chose. Their service and price cannot be beat.

This location was recommended by a colleague who has used their storage for about 8 years. Char and Patrika went the extra mile to prepare the storage room to meet my unique needs and timeline. They did not have to go out of their way to work with my timing and I appreciate them for that. The customer service was excellent! I absolutely recommend this location especially because they do their job professionally and with a smile!

All the staff were lovely, welcoming and gracious. However, it was Patricka Peters who kept an eye out for a better storage bin for me , based on my concerns, and found one, and held it form me. Its perfect: clean, and on a well-lit floor, and protected from water damage as its not on the top floor. The move-in went very smoothly, and I have this ExtraSpace Storage Facility and the movers (Dumbo Moving) to thank for it.

Better prices than average, but not much parking or carts available. the place doesnt seem to have many people moving stuff in and out, so that has yet to be an issue, tho i once had to wait for a cart. They did jack up my rent nearly 15% about 5 months in. the price is still good, but it was a shocker. They also close inconveniently early, but as they are the closet to my home, i take the good with the bad.

My experience with Extra Space Storage employees are always pleasant and never had an issue with any of the staff members they are always helpful. The staff is very friendly, and professional. The facility is always clean and a safe place for your storage needs. Stacy is a great employee very friendly, and understanding what the client needs.
