This place is incredible. I just moved the furniture from my 1-bedroom Chelsea apartment here and the whole process was so much easier than I had anticipated. The storage facility is huge and very well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous, especially the manager Ryan who couldnt have been nicer. Im pretty sure you wont find a better deal out there (promotional 2 months free rent, youre kidding me?!). Id highly recommend Maximum Storage to anyone looking for a storage space.

I had worked with other storage facilities but Maximum Storage exceeded all expectations. I have been renting a storage room from them at their old location for a few years and then they decided to move few blocks to a new state of the art facility. They professionally facilitated the move to the new space for no extra charge It went very smooth and I love the new space even more ! The staff is always polite and courteous. Highly recommended as the price and location is right !

Even better than I expected. The facility is very clean. The climate control room that I need for my drums is perfect and the price is incredibly cheap: I have done my research. Ryan was very helpful and friendly. Its great not to have to worry about storage: moving is tough enough. Its not open 24/7 if thats something you need: I dont, so its fine for me.

The facilities are nice and clean and generally people were very nice. My only disppointment was when we closed our unit--We were charged for the full month, it wasnt prorated. Then I called twice and was told they would refund me half a month. Called back and still hadnt been done and now it has been a week and nothing.

Inconvenient hours. Access on weekends only until 4:00PM and 6:00PM weekdays then you are SOL. No after hours access options, canceling my unit first chance I get and moving my storage somewhere else. People have jobs and need convenience!

Poor customer service over the phone. Had some questions and the receptionist just brushed over and told me to " go to the website". I am on their website and its confusing so.. Ill take my business somewhere else

Deceiving practices. They advertise two months free but it turns out that you only get them if you rent for 6 months. Wont reimburse upon canceling a reservation either.
