Two thumbs up for this facility! Staff is super knowledgeable and always willing to help. You dont get this type of in-person customer service in many places these days. Building is clean, conveniently located and their prices are affordable (very important). Kevin and Paul are super helpful and their effort is what puts this particular establishment at the top of my favorites list. Keep doing a great job guys! Thank you for all of your help.

Ive used this storage facility for about 4 months or so and I even stored my queen mattress in it. I was pleasantly surprised when the mattress didnt catch bed bugs or mould or anything weird like that... The only problem this facility has is that its so far off the city in Coney Island. Maybe a little in-roads would do wonders for the facility. Theres nothing they can do about it now, I guess...

What a great place! Ive been renting a unit here for almost a year and the management was great at helping me set it up. Additionally Oliver is a great team member for CubeSmart. He not only knows most of us by name, but lets us know there are packages for us before we realize that ourselves. Everyone at this location goes above and beyond to help address any questions.

Absolutely love the service!!!!! Especially that of Oliver Hedian. He is very friendly and always there on time and always available when I need help. Oliver always keeps the facility very clean and lends a helping hand with any cargo that I get. He is on time everyday, really have nothing negative towards this place. Highly recommend it!

horrible place. your vehicle will end being the storage cube. We get there at 8:50 pm, we go upstairs and downstairs to drop stuff, at 9:00 pm elevator shuts off, so eventhough it allows you in the building you cannot finish putting your stuff away so now my car is the storage cube for my cousins place and customer service is the worst.
