Go elsewhere if you need year round access to your unit. Just tried to put Christmas boxes back after 3inches of snow to find out they had no intention of plowing the alleys. The attendant Nikki did on the other hand offer me, being 7 and a half months pregnant the use of their shovel to shovel the common use alley be able get my car to my storage unit. Apparently for this storage facility it is more acceptable to have a pregnant paying customer shovel 75 feet of 3inch snow than ask their plow service to come back because it may snow again tomorrow.

I found the staff at Guardian Self Storage to be the most knowledgeable out of every place I called. They were very helpful letting me know they had a truck and full line of boxes and packing supplies. I was able to take care of everything in one stop.

No body ever makes it to 5 stars because there is always room for improvement. However I find Guardian self storage meets my needs when it comes to storage. How about a mobile app though!
