I recently move to the area from the west coast due to a job relocation and was interested in finding a place to store my valuables. Not knowing the area I didnt know where to look. Based on a recommendation from a co-worker, I went to this facility and was warmly greeted by Anndriss. She immediately flashed a warm smile and was very open to answering any questions that I had. She made me feel very welcome and appreciated. The tour of the facility was great and any apprehension that I had went away. Its very clean and put my mind at ease. I feel safe keeping my irreplaceable items there. I know that I could never replace my items and it is assuring to know that it will stay safe. If youre ever searching for a facility go over to Extra Space and ask for Anndriss. She will take great care of you and brighten your day with her caring smile and personality. Can not recommend enough. I havent had a chance to meet the other staff, but if theyre anything like Anndriss, this place is in great hands.

This place is rat/mice infested. I went to remove my things from my storage unit and was upset to find rat/mouse droppings all over my storage items. Mice chewed up a bunch of my things that had to be thrown out. This included my childs toddler bed. When I spoke to Aaron Lucas the "store manager", I was told "unfortunately it is a total loss". Apparently the insurance I had on the unit does not include mice/rat damage. The only thing he offered me was "you can set the damaged things to the side and I will throw it out for you". I found rat/mice droppings in my car and in more things when I got home. Im very disappointed in the service. Maybe thats what happens when you have young "adults" in charge. If my children end up getting sick from the droppings I will pursue legal matters.

this afternoon for the first time raymond and myself we took a ride over to extraspace i wanted to see the unit that i would be renting... im so glad that we did... the young man who was there was so helpful his name is khari damali akpan... we was full questions and khari really made me feel so much better he explained everything... from the temperture controlled, the surveillance video.. plus they are open on major holidays like today memorial day... i walked out satisfied with the information that was given to me...on sept. 13-14 i will be moving our things into the unit we are feeling so relaxed that all of our items will be safe well kept thanks to extraspace storage..... and of course mr.akpan......

After a few phone calls didnt result in any positive results with regards to reversing an unexpected rate increase, I went to the office and met with Aaron. He was helpful and straightforward (stating that it was a common practice to raise rates at the 6-month mar)k, and pointed me to a similar unit at a much lower price. He could have easily said, "tough luck," but he worked with me to meet my needs. And, the facility is very clean, well lit, and safe (and there are always plenty of dollies to help you move your items).

I came to visit the site and was shown outstanding customer service by Aaron. He explained what your storage offers and took me on a tour to give me a visual aspect on what I was looking for. He was a very outgoing, friendly and well mannered person. I had a lot of questions and he was patient enough to make sure I got all my answers rather then rushing me along like other people have done at other storage places. I was satisfied with my visit and would recommend anyone to come to this site.

These men and women are the real deal when it comes to friendly service and a sense that your presence is welcomed and belongings are secure! They also offer a great deal for the first month which really adds up to super savings. They are accessible and run a very ship shape business as they are relaxed yet still "on it" with the details. There are over 1000 units so you know they have to be! Have fun meeting Khari, Anndriss and Johnny behind the desk during hours 9:30-6 and Sat 9- 5:30!

I just recently had to go to this Extra Space Storage and had an amazing experience there. I was assisted by one of the employees, Johnny, and he was very helpful and attentive to my needs. I did not know much about renting a storage unit and he was not bothered by all my questions and answered every single one of my questions. I have referred many of my friends to rent storage spaces here and will continue to do so.

My husband and I were seeking storage in the area and we came across this store at a busy time. Not only did we see Aaron handle 2 separate customers in a greatly detailed manner, he also made us feel comfortable enough to wait patiently for our tour. He told us everything we needed to know and that we can refer our family and friends to get a gift card as well! Great place! 6 star service!

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I have been renting here for a few years and their customer service at this point is impeccable . This place is always clean and has great security. One day I had a concern with my unit and down sizing. Latira assisted me and made the transition very easy. She is always informative and helpful.
