This storage business is the BEST by far. I was in despair trying to find a reasonably priced storage in a very short period of time. I came upon Secure Self Storage & was immediately, totally & completely satisfied. They went way above & beyond their call of duty. Oprah was & continues to be 1 amazing lady. Very professional, yet welcoming, friendly & even compassionate. Shes really great!! She worked with me without any hesitation. She gave me the best deal ever. Thank you sincerely Oprah!! Now, as for Wilton, one of the managers, where do I begin? Suffice to say that he is a true gentleman & chivalry is NOT dead. I was all by myself moving my furniture & Wilton took it upon himself to just simply help me. He moved, loaded & unloaded all my belongings. He did all this w/o a second thought. To me, thats super amazing of him. Im 101% truly satisfied with this awesome business. I HIGHLY recommend it!!! Thank you soooooooo much guys!! You are, most definitely, the BEST!! God bless!!

My mother passed away in September of 2012. I was a mess and trying to pack her belongings and get back to Georgia was not easy. The staff at West farms was excellent, they were helpful, patient and even stayed open a little later to accommodate us moving in all the stuff. The Manager Ozzie,Opal and Will have helped me through this process throughout the year and 5 months I have had the unit.I call they respond,if Im late they inform me of what I need to do and have always worked with me because they understand that life throws you curves and you cant always predict them. I am happy that I chose this facility and I want to thank each and everyone of them for all the help they have been to me. The things in the unit are all I have left of my mother and they understood the importance of that from the beginning. I was never just a unit # or payment. They treat the individual and thats rare these days. Excellent team!

Im very satisfied with the experiance at Self Secure Storage. Their Staffs are courteous and what I find most important is that their low advertised price online, its exactly what you are going to pay at the store. No funny Ads. They have the best price around of all storage space around. Their rooms are spacious and good shapes. I looked around before I decided for Secure Self Storage and nobody else can compare. Secure Self Storage is very useful and close by my house. The prices are reasonable and low. moving into a smaller apartment :( and i just need a place to store my items till i decide what to do. This facility has 24 hour access and its kept clean. The manager there that day was Emppy. He was very understanding and accomodating. I really appreciate it.

The representative was extremely helpful & informative. Went over and beyond what was necessary to explain Cubesmarts policy and agreement terms. Even though I had arrived right before closing this rep was extremely patient. Excellent customer service!

They lock up the carts so the 24hr side doesnt have access to the carts, the staff are Rude n they rent out some of the 24 hr units n have people living in them paying them cash n having Hra pay for the storage units! They pocketing the cash money

Its in transition from SelfStorage to CubeSmart so there are some cliches to deal with. The good thing is I say an employee actually cleaning the storage doors. Wow...I guess give them time and things will get better.

Service is great. They have been a great help. I remember and incident with one of my neighboring tenants spilling paint and it possibly leaking into my unit, and I got a call right away. They were extremely helpful.

The facility is clean. The staff are all very helpful and informative. The location is easy to get to by bus or train. The fees were better than other places nearby that gave you less space for more money.
