Recently I lost three rebate checks and two gift cards in this post office! Total cost more than one hundred dollars. All three rebate checks with my name on them are mailed from different companies. They were all stolen and cashed by a same person. He or she signed a named as N. margolina on my checks. I really need help. How can somebody stole all my checks and gifted cards mailed from differents states. The only possibility is that people work in the post office or the mailman. I really really need help!!!

These people are paid civil servants, and should be reviewed based on job performance. That means picking up a telephone call to the post office as an important part of their job. It is understandable that they may be attending a customer when you call and that they should first finish with that person, but you can call and call and they never pick up the phone. This is disgraceful and their supervisors should also be held accountable.

Worst experience ever, those ladies at the front dont care about anyone, cant even answer a phone and whats the point of having it. They lost my hold mail and keep telling me just to call the courier service because thats not their job. Like atleast put some decency into the conversation. If I could put no stars I would. Worst experience ever they lost all my mail and cant seem to locate it. The most disrespectful people ever !

Was waiting for a package to be delivered before I left for vacation. Tracking said it was delivered. Tried to contact post office by fax to Investigate. No response. My package was delivered to the building across the street!!! Thankfully after four days someone walked it over to my building! SMH. I also had a jury summons left out because it was put in the wrong mailbox box.

Horrible! Lost my package the same day i dropped it off, they told me to call coureer service and when i called them they told me to call the post office where i dropped it off! Trying to call them all day long and nobody is answering, whats the point of having the phone if they never answer it! Lost my money, time, energy and nerves!!!

The person conducting passport applications by the name of Songyi does not know how to read English and very incompetent. She doesnt know how to follow instructions and she tells you to go somewhere else because she doesnt know how to perform a passport application. Waste of time and energy.

This post office is always severely understaffed. The professionalism in this place is a joke, and as others have said, they do not answer their phone. Why even have a listing of the number if picking up the phone is so hard? They really are making great use of the tax payers money.

Horrible services, if calling to reschedule a delivery, nobody answers. So what is the point to have a phone if nobody is available to answer it. I think they are lazy and heard the phone ringing, however dont even try to answer. I think BBB should be aware of this.

I havent been inside a Post Office in at least 5 years. This experience made me wish I had reason to go more often. A lovely woman by the name of Song helped me. Answered every questions. Explained my options. WONDERFUL Service. Thank you USPS and Song.

This place TOTALLY SUCKS!!! Lazy. ALWAYS lose my mail. NEVER leave a note. Over and over and over!!! For YEARS! There is only ONE lady worth anything, the Korean lady from the Englewood station. EVERYONE else is WORTHLESS!!! ZERO stars!
