We had a leak on our DR ceiling , called them, the tech arrived pretty quickly , he told us it would be $160 for him to cut the ceiling open to find a cause , and then that amount will be applied towards the repairs . We agreed , after checking everything he said he cant find anything and it could of been this and that . So therefore there isnt anything for him to fix because he cant find where the leak was coming from. So we asked him so now this is costing us $160 he said no actually $160.31 ( .31 unbelievable ) When we posted our review on their site they never published it and and their response was sorry we dont do free diagnosis , but they DID NOT diagnose. He couldnt find anything and he just charged us and left . Now we have a big hole in our DR and we need to higher someone else to figure where the leak is coming from and then find someone else who can replace the drywall and paint . I will never use them nor recommend them . Unless u want to just throw your money away . -ps After the initial inspection visit , John D came and found the cause of the leak which was from toilet tank. We end up getting a new toilet and he came back and installed it for us . Very happy to know there wont be any more leaks . Thank you John D . Great tech and friendly guy .

Cant trust... I USED to use this company for ALL my plumbing needs (maybe 6-7 jobs). The nice plumber since left the company that was there for years.. which signals company is changing? Beware.. they say they cant quote over the phone.. so they sendt someone over in 4 hours (even when they say we will be there in 1, blamed it on the phone didnt work?). They get there and prices are way HIGH .. then the representative wanted to negotiate the price with me! I told him to get out.. as I felt as they made me sit and wait for them (no phone quotes) to get me desperate. I feel dis - respected after all that work they did for me over the years. Also the ladies on the phone are aggressive too.. calling me a liar. $1400 quote for a new hot water heater - when "800 heaters" did it for $900.

Service tech arrived promptly in under 1/2hr after I received a call he was intransit. One of the competition showed up unannounced while Eric was finishing up the job . The 3rd & 4th competitors were no shows. Eric was professional, courteous and cordial. He was accomodating with the fact that it was a short run problem and was very salesman like in negotiating an accomodating price. He was quick to remove his equipment & get to work. He was again very professional and personable while inspecting the site with his camera. He spoke very highly of his company and the other tech.s. I will not hesitate to call Mr. Rooter again & I will ask for Eric by name. Thank you for employing such competant & confident people.

I would advise any potential customer to use another company. Save yourself the time and headaches. Recently used Mr. Rooter Plumbing for a job at my house. The initial guy who came out and gave us the quote was nice and very knowledge. However we never saw or heard from him again bait & switch. What we got was a very inexperience crew that actually caused damage. The company was unwilling to admit the mistakes by their workers. None of their managers or senior people ever came out to inspect the final work. Once you pay the money the customer service is terrible. Unfortunately Mr. Rooter was recommended to us by one of our contractors, and he was embarrassed by the service we received. Stay Away!

We had an issue with our septic system the night before Easter. Connor Engels was the service technician that was sent out and he was amazing. He troubleshooted our problem. Connor came back to our house on Easter morning with another technician and pumped out our septic tank a few hours before we hosted 20 people for dinner. Then a week later, Connor came back and did a jet cleaning service on our pipes. All in all, our septic issue has been resolved. I cannot thank Connor and Mr. Rooter enough for their prompt, courteous, and knowledgable service. I would recommend them to anyone and plan on calling only them in the future.

My girlfriend was having a party yesterday. Lots of kids and parents . Toilet in the basement bathroom gets backed up and overflows with feces etc all over the floor. She called and they came over within 2 hours on a Sunday which was great. What was also great is the person they sent over was a 21yo kid named Mike Ceislik. He was awesome. He explained everything with what he was doing. He said he enjoys his work and is interested in figuring out problems like these. Good to see such proffesional service and with an employee who is motivated to learn a trade job. This kid was awesome . Thanks again....

Mr Rooter was easy. I called and asked for service. I told them my availability and there were no issues with scheduling. The office called when the tech was within the hour. The tech, Charles, arrived on time and was excellent. He diagnosed my issue and showed me the options of what could happen. Charles was very clear on the work that was to be done and the cost upfront. He was professional and courteous. He fixed my problem and explained what happened so I wont have those issues again (hopefully). I would totally recommend Mr Rooter and Charles Dechert, he was awesome.

My Hot Water Tanks erupted at 12am. I looked in yellow pages and found Mr. Rooter. They came within an hour as promised, shut down the system and drained accordingly to prevent more water damage. The next morning they came with two water tanks at 8am, as promised and efficiently and effectively installed the new units. I am a extremely satisfied customer and will use them for any future services. Staff was professional (Mike J is a gentleman). Not sure how to compare costs, since I dont know the competitive rates...It was an emergency!

I was very happy with the service from Mr. Rooter. I had a toilet freshner get flushed and it ended up in the main line. My technician first checked the toilet to see if it was stuck in there. It wasnt. Then he got the first snake and found that the freshner was in the main line. Then he got the larger snake and broke up the item in the line. The toilet was then replaced. The tech I had was very professional and to my surprise actually cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased with the work he did. Thank You Mr. Rooter.

Dan Slomicz arrived at the time scheduled. He gave 2 options to correct the problem and gave price difference. He explained the work he needed to do and set out to purchase the water heater. Dan is very knowledgeable and organized. He was neat about his work and careful in handling the water heater. He completed the taskat a reasonable amount of time.He explained what to do in case of failure/malfunction.He cleaned after himself. He was polite and pleasant. I am satisfied with his service.
