My water heater failed over the 4th of July holiday-- I called John and i was very pleased to find out he and his crew were on duty. In less than one day i had hot water flowing. Good solid workmanship by "Billy".

Was supposed to do a camera inspection to determine why there was a sewer gas smell. Said Camara couldnt fit offered a very expensive solution and charged over 200 for no evidence. John is nice but I feel very cheated.
