Simply the RUDEST conversation Ive had in a long time. When I called to ask about services, the woman that answered the phone basically laughed at me for my questions . In addition, she didnt identify the business when she picked up the phone, so I was very thrown off and she further insulted me by being sarcastic when I asked if I had reached a plumber. Even if this is a good plumber, I would avoid doing business with them if you have to speak to this woman! Im not one to leave bad reviews, but I just had to after that experience.

Five stars for this plumber! Our heat recently stopped working on a cold December Saturday. I called two other places and they told me it sounded like my boiler needed to be replaced and the earliest they could come out would be Monday morning. Mr. Boyd came that afternoon and within 5 minutes re set the " spill switch" on the back of the unit. He said it was caused by the high winds that day. He also said the boiler was in good shape but call him with any problems. This is a very honest and knowledgeable plumber.

Its hard enough to find a plumber nevermind the night before Thanksgiving. My kitchen sink was blocked solid and I had a dozen people coming for dinner the next day. The owner came himself and had to do some emergency surgery. I didnt get to speak with the receptionist that the other folks are talking about but Mr. Boyd was easy to talk to and he left the place super clean. I dont usually write reviews but I got the bill in the mail today and they certainly did right by me.

Called to get a second opinion on a leak, and instead got a lecture by the receptionist on why I shouldnt bother with such a thing if they wouldnt get to repair it. Was eventually told Id get a call back, they never called. Unprofessional, untrustworthy. Do not use.
