DO NOT USE Windheim Plumbing!!!!! This company is absolutely horrible! Luis installed a garbage disposal, dishwasher, and water filter for us and he was such a bumbling idiot. Telling me he forgot to bring this or that and hes just going to drive back to the office and get it. Of course I am PAYING him for the time that hes retrieving all the tools he should have with him in his truck. But the main thing is he didnt do the job correctly and now Im stuck with a leaky, blocked up kitchen sink!!! Of course I called a different plumber who knows what hes doing and he confirmed my suspicions -- Luis did a HORRIBLE job and my plumbing problems are a direct result of his incompetency! He glued parts together (AGAINST CODE) instead of screwing them and there were parts that he left UNscrewed! Parts of our garbage disposal were starting to corrode because of the leaking. Thankfully we caught this problem before the water leaked INTO our garbage disposal motor because if did then it would brake and the warranty wouldnt cover it because it was installed improperly. I warn all others, DO NOT USE Windheim Plumbing!!!!!

Recently I woke up to a leaking hot water heater and It was clear the unit needed to be replaced. I called Windheim Plumbing and spoke with Tommy who was able to quote me a price over the phone and had a guy out to my house in less than 30 minutes. Tyler, the installer, couldnt have been more helpful. He was able to drain the old unit with zero mess, which wasnt an easy task being it was 14 years old and corroded. He was more than happy to answer my questions throughout the install process and took the time to show me how to operate the new unit once it was installed. What could have been a disaster turned into a minor inconvenience and I was back with hot water before lunch. Service like this will keep me returning to Windheim for any future plumbing and heating issues.

Stay away from these plumbers. Not only is Tom the owner a shady businessman, but their staff does really shotty work. They take short cuts, do half jobs that leave you needing them to come out to do more work and worst of all, they dont ever bother getting any permits with the Township as they are required to do before they start on any major work. Youre left with a leaky house, broken pipes (broke yourself after you pay) and illegal work done on a home. Whats worse, they will literally tear apart your bathroom and kitchen so that youhave no choice but to use the contractors that they "just so happen" to contract out to. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE AND GRIEF

We have used Windheim Plumbing since we bought our house 9 years ago. The owner and staff are extremely professional and courteous. We have had them come in to work on big projects such as installing all new plumbing for a half bath we added to our house, as well as fixing the standard home owner problems like clogged drains and a new water heater. No matter the reason they are called, we always know that we will be very happy with the service they provide. Their staff always leaves the work area as clean as when they came in. They explain everything to you, they dont rush to the easy solution, they double check their work, sending out the boss if necessary. Tom and his team are great. Theyve fixed a number of issues with my houses plumbing (it was built circa 1915) and we use them each year to service the boiler. They also installed full bathroom in my basement and worked with us on the layout & design. It came out great!
