Had an air conditioning crisis: the compressor on my first floor Space Pak system died. Since it was the old R22 system, the whole shebang needed to be pulled out (outside condenser and basement air handler). Attempted some due diligence and got several quotes. Turns out our original installer, Martin Masters, came in with the best quote. Christian and a colleague were here all day and did a superb installation job and a thorough clean up before they left. Martin himself priced the job last Thursday. We gave him the go ahead on Friday, and we had our new system up and running on Monday afternoon. Whats not to like?? We couldnt be happier with the price and the incredibly swift, courteous service!

Martin and his team offer their clients a level of professionalism and expertise that you simply can not find anymore. They were able to put air conditioning in our 1840s farm house when no one else could and without opening many walls. Martin Masters was able to come up with creative solutions for our HVAC which ended up saving us money. (Two other companies came to give us estimates just shook their heads and walked out stating the job was just too big for them). Martin also worked on our sewer lines, gas lines, installed a new furnace and water heater. There is an old expression that you get what you pay for in life and Martin Masters is worth every penny!!!!

This is the greatest plumbing company I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. We had to have a boiler repiped and also add a radiator to our home. Rob, Jorge, Armando and Marting himself all did an amazing job. Their work was not only professionals, but clean and organized. The customer service is above and beyond anything Ive ever seen. I had to have a hot water heater replaced and the "Team" at Martin Masters did an outstanding job. From my first phone call to the cleanup, the service was excellent! Christian gave me the estimate, had the heater on the truck, called another person on his "Team" to help and they got the job done, removed the old heater and cleaned up the area perfectly. Very professional, reliable, courteous are the first words that come to mind when I think of my dealings with these people at Martin Masters. I used them to install my AC. They were GREAT. This may sound like they did it at no charge or that we are related. I did pay what I thought was a reasonable price and we are not related. I will be using them in the future

Had to take a day off cause they said they would come from 10am-12pm. At 10:30am they call and ask some questions about what kind of work should be done and say that someone will stop by before 12pm. At 11:35am I got a call that they can not come today at all and I have to reschedule it for another day.

Awful! We had a small leak in our bathroom, the two men were ready to charge me $450. And I was supplying the parts. Called another plumber who go it done for less a third of the price. Explained everything, and had it all done in an hour. Dont bother.
