"Are you in the right place?" I should of know by that statement something wasnt right. Are you in the right place was the first thing Mary said to me as I approached the desk. I only came here because it was close to home and the positive reviews. So I ignored the ignorance and described the damages to my car. I was given an estimate and was told my car would be ready in a week. I thought great! Well a week turned into two then three. By then they told me they couldnt fix my car and to take it to a local mechanic. I thought wow all that time just to tell me they couldnt fix my car. In fact they told me they had other things to work on then to spend time on my car. Their body work was not flawless and they even broke my hand rest. Even though the mechanics seem friendly they dont do a good job and Mary is just so rude. They really need a nice front desk person. The positive reviews must be friends and family.

Very professional, personable and reasonable. Car looked like it was never hit. Used them twice and they had the car ready when they said it would be ready both times. Would recommend
