Awesome and HONEST! I called my insurance company after my accident and they told me to go to a shop that I didnt want to go to. ( I had heard bad experiences from there ) So my friends reffered me to D&M and I asked if they could do the work and they said that I can go to ANY SHOP I WANTED! I called back my insurance company and they ended up saying the same that D&M told me, that I could go anywhere! (Why they led me to believe I couldnt go anywhere is beyond me...) D&M took me step by step through what kind of parts I was getting and kept me updated on the status! (I got to even check online for my status and got to see pictures of MY car!! ) Very great experience and exceptional work...Definately recommend!

7/22/2011 My STI was hit by a stone last week and I was recommended. I was able to get a check by the insurance company and took my car into D&M to get estimates on repairs. Bob is one of the coolest, honest, trustworthy, down-to-earth person I have met in a very long long time. My Sti is back in action and i love it....all thanks to D&M and their team for their tremendous work with great quality service. Hes definitely highly recommended and believe me, Ive had a lot of cars and been through enough accidents and auto body shop over time, and I have to admit he really impressed me with his work ethics and quality services. D&M Auto Body really did a great job repairing my Audi. The entire staff is friendly and professional. There were a couple of VERY minor imperfections when I picked up the car, but they fixed everything right away. Sean was amazing! A real perfectionist. The work took a day longer than originally promised, but it was worth the wait. The paint job was first-class. The car looks like new again! Hopefully, I will never have to use them again, but its great to know that I can count on top quality workmanship if I ever need them in the future. I would definitely recommend D & M Auto Body to anyone needing auto body repair work.

I liked that they were quick but after a few days I noticed that my truck wouldnt open unless I held the unlock button on my keys and opened it at the same time. It also started to drip in my car every time it rained now my car smells in the back cause too much water came through. Ive been on military leave and have traveled to were there its no rain but now Im back in Jersey and again the rain is coming through my trunk. I have called to get it fixed and I must say I am glad they didnt hesitate to have me bring it back in. We shall see if this time they can get it right and not rush into getting it done.

Couldnt be more pleased with the customer service. D&M works with both you and your insurance company to meet your needs. If the work requires additional money they directly contact the insurance company leaving you stress free. The quality of the work is exceptional. Your car always comes out looking like brand new. D&M offers a feature online where you can see the progress of your car every step of the way. I have been going to D&M for many years and I will continue to go to there! To sum D&M up..... amazing work, amazing service, cost-effective and fast. I highly recommend D&M!

I initially went to D&M because Honda had a link recommending them for body work. I am so glad I went there. Literally, my car looks better than before I got rear-ended! It had a showroom look, interior was all detailed, cleaned. Exterior looks brand new! Its like my car never got hit! D&M works great with insurance companies and leaves you free so you dont need to be bothered getting re-estimated for damage left out of the original estimate and bills the insurance directly. Great customer service, and my new fixed up car came with a T-Shirt and ice scraper! Awesome =)

Unfortunately, Ive had to seek out Bob and staff for repairs on my vehicles more than once over the past few years. However, I come out smiling everytime because of the great quality of service and customer commitment. This is THE place to go to get the job done right ... the first time ... each and every time! While there, the only time I dont smile is when Im writing my deductible check!! Now if they can just get over that hump ... THEN well REALLY have something! Great job, staff, ..... but I hope it will be a while before I see their smiling faces again! :)

I was distraught with the condition of my car after I was rear ended. To be honest, I didnt imagine the fit, paint and everything else would be brought back to how it was before the accident. It was great to see my car looks just as it did before. Everything is perfect. Insurance handling was easy and Nicky was always helpful and considerate. Hopefully I wont need their services in the future, but if I do, I know where I will take my car even though there are a lot of shops closer to me than D&M. Picture updates on the web site was great.

We feel lucky to find this body shop. We have got our Audi and Hyundai fixed here 3 times and each time the process and experience has been seamless. They really work well with the insurance companys and best are very honest. Also I had minor issues twice with my Audi and the owner happily fixed it for me without any charge. When I had a major accident on Icy roads in Jan 2014, D&M Auto body made the complete process stress free. For a mom with 2 kids, this is the kind of service experience I would appreciate. D&M Auto Body exceeded my expectations in every way. This being my first major car accident I was confused about the process and what to expect. From the moment my car first arrived at their facility Bob kept me updated on the progress. When I picked up the car it looked just about new and the inside was also immaculate. I am glad that I used D&M Auto Body for this repair and they will be my first choice if needed again. I will surely recommend D&M Auto body to my friends and family in the future.

D & M Auto Body are the best! They did in excellent job. My car looked the brand new. Dave the owner is the best. he is friendly and very patience. He explained everything to me and did followed up with me. He told me my car was going to be ready in a week, which i doubt it because usually shops take forever to get your car fix after an accident. well Dave was right my car was done and fixed the following week. i recommend this shop to everybody, they do make you feel special .
