I took my 2003 ford focus to them because the check engine light was on. I knew what the problem was. The shift solenoid needed replacing. I got there at 3:30 and asked could it be repaired today. I was told no because he was leaving in 20 min. I said how about Sat. I was told no again. Then I was told they dont do anything with transmissions, and I should take it to another shop that was recommended. The problem is the website says they close at 6pm. The website also says they work on transmission. Lastly replacing a shift solenoid on a focus is not very hard, just messy. You have to drop and drain the transmission pan. The solenoids are right under the transmission filter. Unscrew one bolt swap them out and put everything back together. I didnt want to do this because of lack of space and it being very messy, but it seems I am going to have to.
