The Chick Fil A in Howell has such a wonderful staff! We always used to take our special needs students to this location and the staff was always so patient and kind. I won vouchers for catering and Freehold explained to me that because they were under new management, they were not going to accept them. I called Howell and there was no question about accepting them. Later, Freehold said they were going to accept them but I explained to them that I was very turned off with the original person I spoke with and Howell is getting my business. Howell did a wonderful job with accommodating my vouchers and I will continue to go back for other catering needs or bringing my daughter for lunch. Thank you!!!

This is my normal chick-fil-a and im blown away every time by there amazing play area. Although i am "too tall" and "too old" for it. Every time i try to enter someone asks me to leave. Personally im very sad that my time at the place is being made a let down because of this tragedy... although i have encountered this issue i still tend to come back. For your information the only i reason i come back is because of the service and to look at the amazing play area and think back to all the fun times i had there. I would like to give it five stars but cant because of the play area incident, so i will give it four stars... hopefully in the future i can come back and give it five stars.

I was really disappointed in the LemonAid. Ive had it on 3 occasions in the Howell NJ store and it tasted horrible. The sugar ingredient was definitely not "real" sugar. It tasted like starch; I had them check and they did not give me the diet version. So something strange is making its way into the drink; I dont know what. Just for grins I went to the PP boardwalk and bought "real" LemonAid which contains fresh lemons, real sugar and water. And it tasted just like fresh LemonAid should. I dont know how you can call yours "fresh" LemonAid when it tastes so fake.

The chicken sandwiches are delicious. They taste great plain, or you can ask for small packages of a variety of different sauces to go with them. However I like them topped with some of the Texas Petes hot sauce that come in packets where the condiments, straws and napkins are located. The restaurant may be crowded at times, but do not be discouraged. The service is quick and efficient, so you will not have to wait too long to place and receive your order. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The staff there are awesome! I love Chick-fil-A sauce a lot and last week when I was there asked for "as many as I can get" with my meal and the guy who took my order loaded me up with at least 9 packets. Everyone there has been nice and the food is great and tastes great. Now if they would stop with the whole "closed on Sunday" nonsense they would be a perfect restaurant. I highly recommend this location.

The Monday crew is outstanding! I go every monday with my friends and family (theres usually 6 or 7 of us) and they NEVER get our big order wrong. Its a wonderful establishment and I love seeing the smiling faces of the employees every monday (or sometimes even tuesdays/saturdays/fridays/wednesdays/thursdays) Great service! Great food! Great times!

For a fast food place this place is awesome. Courteous staff. Its clean. Food always hot. They bring the food to your table. Always asking if you need a refill or if you need anything else. Wait is this a regular restaurant n do i need to leave a tip.

One of the best Chick-fil-As around. Food is always great. The staff really makes it great. I went through the drive thru and had to wait a few extra minutes for my food, so they gave me a coupon for a free sandwich for my next visit.

Service is terrible. Employee at drive through argued over what Id received (was missing nuggets and fries from order), and refused to listen to reason or reality. Glad I moved because this place was terrible.

The food is great, the customer service is amazing and even the music is relaxing, and its clean which is a #1 thing for me, I also bring my grandkids there a lot and they love playing in the play place

It was nice I asked for a large orange juice that they bring you a bottle a small bottle of orange juice and a recompense me with the large fries they said because I dont carry a large orange juice size

They are a bit expensive but the food and the service they provide supersedes that. When i can afford it, i go on a chicken frenzy. And the cow on Route 9 is a pleasure to watch at the red light. :)
