HORRIBLE THE STAFF HERE IS THE WORST I stopped shopping at Ulta and went back to Sephora, I still shop at Sephora and it looks like I will be only shopping there. I spoke with the "manager" go figure and she didnt even have accurate information about the current sales and left me on hold for 3 minutes until I hung up, I then called back and spoke with Chloe who tried to say she ignored my question and said that she has customers to tend too...REALLY you literally just opened at 10:00AM and its 10:15 am nobody was in the store because I called back and the girl in the salon said there were no Customers! This store needs a makeover with staff...they are horrible with customer relations!

Who does inventory at 10 am in the morning? On 1/13/2016, I went to the store at approximately 10:05 to do some shopping. I wasnt able to do that because the manager told me that they were doing inventory. I asked her when they would be done and she said she didnt know. I wasnt the only one waiting to go in the store. Therefore again I ask who does inventory at 10 am in the morning? Piss poor lazy management.

In response to the inventory review, I was working that day (as an associate, not a manager) and we had been in since 4 am doing inventory. A separate team from a separate company runs the inventory and we just monitor them. Had nothing to do with management or Ulta as a company. They couldnt get everything done before 10. I still shop there all the time, the store is lovely and everybody there is nice.

I stopped going to this location months ago because the short lady with short hair cut in the prestige section was so rude and pushy. Her attitude was so fake and she knew little about her inventory on the floor. She would speak bad about other employees to my friend and I. We were extremely uncomfortable.

Laziness They wont touch your hair if its to much work... little bratz. Yet they have time to color their own hair or stand In front of a mirror brushing their own hair. Immature employees playing with mommys make up box.... instead of running a salon.
