i was a first time customer. having fine hair, i visited 4 salons in 6 months. totally dissatisfied , not one salon could give me a precision cut. having another horrible hair day i decided to try sister sister as they were only salon open on sunday. i was amazed. best haircut i ever received. they took their time, lifted hair to make sure everything blended, and used scissors throughout. will never go anywhere else. my stylist was Sonia, she was a true hair craftsman!

The first time i took my daughter they were great. The sec time the girl was 20 mins late, they close early on tuesdays, and in the middle of styling my daughters hair she took a half hour phone call, without an im sorry i have to take this. When i mentioned this while paying the excuse i got was oh ok. I called to make an appointment left a message no one calls you back.I called again and when they cant understand you they hang up...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Not good with African American hair. Style was flat. Dye dried my hair and caused breakage. $80 for dye and style. I noted a cheaper price given on phone to another customer in Espanol. Overpriced and bad quality. The good hair dressers left.
