If I could do negative stars, I would. Heres my story: So I dropped a dress and a pair of pants off at LAWRENCE CLEANERS. I go through a meticulous process with the guy pointing out one stain and other areas of the dress to be careful about. I come back to pick it up and the dress has mysteriously picked some some sort of hard, sticky substance. He says he is still trying to get it out. I call today to see if it is done. He said he cant get it out and to come get the dress. Except now, all of a sudden, it was there when I brought it in. Now I am out of a beautiful dress that was due to be worn for only a second time because of LAWRENCEVILLE CLEANERS. Not only did he ruin my dress but absolutely refuses to take any responsibility for it at all. Never again. I purposefully spent time with this guy instead of just dropping off the dress and leaving. I was trying to avoid this and it still happened. I guess next time I have to video tape the drop off? At a new dry cleaner of course. Never going back. Ever. It doesnt save any money when you loose all the money you spent on something when your dry cleaner ruins it.

They changed ownership and they now are not open. They say there is a mechanical problem and they are only open for pick up during certain hours but they are not there during those hours. I have about 18 shirts there that I need and no one is there to give them to me. I have left messages and even slipped note through the door but they seem to have shut down. They get zero stars for not even contacting their customers.

Excellent Services for affordable prices... What else would I expect? Best place in town, thanks to DC and his staff for making my life easier without ripping off my pocket... Regards, Darpan
