Excellent customer service!!!! I just got married and I went in back in February with my two bridesmaids to get their dresses altered. We told the owner, Steve Heck, that we were basically poor college students (which we are, especially with me being in grad school and getting married). Even though we came by FOUR times, because one of my bridesmaids wanted more altered after the first fitting, Steve was always more than willing to help us. He and his seamstress even came in after hours to do the fittings. When all was said and done, the dresses came out beautifully and he gave us a HUGE discount. Then my husband went there to get his suit dry-cleaned so he had a get-away suit for the honeymoon. Steve only charged him $10 for it! I would highly recommend this place to anybody. Great service. Great prices. Class act.

I recently went on Google to find a location for dry cleaning and an alteration on a pair of pants. I spoke to a gentleman on the phone who was more than helpful. Upon entering the location I was greeted by the man I spoke on the phone with that was the actual owner. The place is extremely clean and organized and the service was perfect. Its nice to see a business operated without an absentee business owner. I have been a return customer several times and will continue to utilize their services. I wish Steve and Oxford Valley Custom Cleaners the very best of success!!

Called here on a Sunday looking for a place last minute to get a suit cleaned for a funeral. They arent open on Sundays but a gentleman answered the phone and told me he would be there even though they were closed. I dropped off two suits to a polite and easy going guy who I assume is the owner. He told me he would have my dog hair covered suits cleaned up by the next evening and he delivered as promised. I will definitely be going back here again.

If you are looking for a dry cleaner that does not value their customers, this is the right one for you. They also charge/overcharge for services they do not render and are not apologetic when confronted about it. The owner is rude and has poor customer service skills and is not concerned with satisfying customers or getting new ones as she said "I have plenty of loyal customers already".

Excellent service. Steve is a friendly guy that goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service to his customers. Ive had multiple pieces altered, and my wedding dress cleaned to perfection and boxed. I forgot to drop my husbands dress shirts off for the start of the new work week, and Steve kindly expedited a few shirts. Highly recommend Oxford Valley Cleaners!
