If you want EXPENSIVE BAD dry cleaning with really BAD service, Custom Cleaners is the place for you! I took my shirts there and explained to the Asia gentlemen to press the front of my shirt collars on the seam because if you press the shirt collars flat it will ruin the shirt. Most folks do not pay that close attention to the pressing, I do because I tend to wear a tie and if the shirt collar is not pressed on the seams it will not sit correctly and looks sloppy. When I finally received my shirts the collars were pressed flat. I took the shirts back to the Asia gentleman and he tried to convenience me that after he pressed on the collars seams the press line moved down to the button area hence why the collars were flattened out. He had not intention of making the situation right, so I walked out. Would I recommend this place? Yes to my WORST enemy! JW Green Yardley PA 16 Jan 2013

terribly dissapointed with this local dry cleaner. I requested to have my stuff ready on a Wednesday to be ready for our travel arrangements on a thursday. The cashier told me "NO Problem". NO WAY.. showed up wednesday to get clothes, and there were not there... They advertise plant on site, yet the "truck did not deliver" the batch of clothes. Asked clerk to call me as soon as they arrived. No such luck, finally after two weeks my clothes came back- yet I never received that phone call. I asked for a refund for the late items and was yelled at repeatedly by clerk in poor english "CUSTOMER SHOULD UNDERSTAND WHEN LATE" sorry this customer would have given custom cleaners another shot, had they at least refunded me for their error.

My in laws used this cleaners for probably 15 years, the owners just lost them as customers after lying to myself and then my father in law. I went to take a pair of pants back for my wife that were hemmed up incorrectly and they said they didnt do that hem, so I checked with my father in law who picked them up and the owner showed him the computer screen with the transaction and then somehow still insisted they didnt hem the pants. He was looking at the transaction - how could any decent business owner even attempt to lie to a customers face after knowing them for 15 years because they forgot to finish the hemming. Rude and dishonest. You lost a good customer.
