HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, AND HORRIBLE. I was using this dry cleaner primarily due to proximity to my home and the fact that they accepted credit cards for payment, despite warnings from neighbors. I figured all dry cleaners are the same. They damaged and lost a few dress shirts and most recently damaged one of my suits. Apparently, they use a lower end dry cleaning machine that is very bad for wool suits. Not only does it shrink clothes as part of the cleaning process, it also causes stains on suits as it did on my suit and instead of taking care of the problem their machine caused, they blamed it on some padding issue and will not reimburse me for a damaged suit. I will never go there again!!!!

I have now used this cleaner for about a year (suits, shirts, pants, and even tailored couple of pants) with great service. Before this cleaner, I used the other close by cleaner that was bit over priced and they didnt accept credit card (really get with the time). The service was great there too but not accepting credit card made me switch to this cleaner which happen to offer better pricing. Overall I recommend this dry cleaner. Try it.

Most dry cleaners get your things clean, end of story. Custom Cleaners, get your things clean, on time, with a smile. And... if you need something special - a rush, pants hemmed and cleaned in 24 hours, a Santa Suit dry cleaned, a blazer with olive oil spilled on by the rude waitress - they will take care of everything, with a smile. I use this cleaner for my work clothes. The Asian woman who works there is very friendly. She is also accurate in giving me a date when the clothes will be ready. Rush service is available if you need it. Theyve never wrecked any my clothes yet. Im happy with them.

Absolutely ruined my UGG boots and shrunk three sweaters. Took 20 minutes of arguing just to get refunded what we paid to have the boots cleaned. Never again!!!
