I contacted the owner, Paul, because my credit card was charged for more than $1,000 and there was no itemization provided. Paul is the new owner since Richard retired. Paul has no appreciation of customer satisfaction and was extremely rude to me. In fact he hung up on the telephone. I then drove to the store to confront him and obtain my needed itemization. Instead of satisfaction he entered a tirade against me and was verbally abusive. In front of his employees he said things about me that were totally untrue and slanderous.

Mayflower is an excellent cleaner with a high end service ethic. They offer terrific shirt cleaning and you can arrange for at home pick up and delivery for no additional cost (although they are not inexpensive by any means, the quality is worth it). I have tried a variety of lower priced cleaners but was spoiled by their quality work and always come back to them.

Mayflower Cleaners is the worst cleaner I have ever done business with. Do not use this establishment. They actually took a table cloth and returned it without cleaning it to the point where there was still food caked on it. The customer service is non-existent. If you call them, they tell you to call back and will not return a call. Never use this cleaner.
