Do not enroll you kids in this daycare. This is the worst daycare I have ever seen. I enrolled my son few months ago in this daycare. The teachers in his classroom were very rude. I have seen them talking rudely to the kids. There were two instances where I found my son was sitting in wet clothes (god knows for how long) and when I told his teacher, she reacted as if nothing has happened and did not even care to apologize for that. Apart from that in several instances , when I went to pick my son, his face would be dirty ( which his teachers did not care to help him clean his face) , several times his shoe laces would be untied. Also, when ever I would ask them how was his day, his teachers would act as if I am bothering them by asking this question and said that we would tell you if there was anything that we need to tell you , implying that dont ask us any such questions. ( If I am keeping my son with these guys for 8-9 hours , then as a parent I want to know what he did during these hours, what he ate etc.) I am so glad that I have now enrolled my son in an another daycare which he is loving from the very first day and he says that he never wants to go to learning experience, ever again.

I have 2 toddlers age 2 and 3. They were enrolled in another daycare until they started to treat my daughter like a criminal for biting. I made the difficult decision to switch schools and go with a more "school" like place. I was welcomed and reassured many times about anything. I was very nervous to leave my babies here, or anywhere. My oldest child had a hard time adjusting and his teachers showed him some extra love and security, its just what he needed. A week after he started, he spelled his name! I realized that I was paying for glorified babysitting and that my kids are actually learning. My daughter absolutely adores her teachers. They never come home dirty ( with the exception of some lunch in their shirts!). My son has long hair and they even fix his hair tie! I really dont have anything bad to say about this school. I feel as though they will be prepared for kindergarten and will have the confidence and self esteem to do very well there.

Our daughter started at The Learning Experience in Ledgewood in September, when she was 14 months old. She came from a very small one-on-two daycare situation, and spent the entire summer with me (a teacher), and we were really nervous about how she would react to so many kids and adults. The director was amazing, and put our minds at ease almost immediately, and from the first moment our daughter came into her class, her teachers embraced her and made her transition from being at home with me all summer to being in a group quite seamless. Within a month, our little girl was walking, something she had not yet done, and now, she is running and learning so much more than she would have in a really small setting with just one other child. We have never once regretted our decision to bring her to TLE, and look forward to seeing how she grows and learns as she continues to move up through their programs.

If you have school aged kids and/or picky eaters, TLE in Ledgewood is not where you want to send your kids. They placed my 6 year old (going into first grade) in a Preschool classroom and did not accommodate accordingly. This center has mandatory nap-time with lights out and nursery music playing from 12:30-2:30pm every day, even though state law says 30 minutes rest period for school aged kids. Regarding food, I was told that my daughter could bring her own lunch and snacks so if she didnt like what was being offered to her, she could eat what she brought. On several occasions, my daughter came home and told me they refused to let her get her lunchbox and to eat or drink what they gave her instead...since she didnt like it, she came home hungry and upset. I have removed my daughter from this center and placed her somewhere else, where she is much happier and is cared for appropriately for her age.

"TLE Ledgewood has been so wonderful for our daughters! Weve been here for almost 7 years and the teachers and administration are awesome! The teachers are super caring, patient, and teach our kids so much! My daughter just told me yesterday that "lamp" in spanish is "lampara" and stove is "estufa." She is 3 1/2 years old. My eldest daughter was reading in the pre-school three classroom and was in the highest reading level when she entered public kindergarten. She is in first grade now and is reading above grade level. TLE really has been so great for our family. My kids loved it and we loved that they were in a clean, safe, loving environment and were learning so much! I would highly recommend TLE Ledgewood!"

My daughter, Victoria, has been attending TLE Ledgewood since she was 10 weeks old. She loves it here! When we drive by on the weekends, she points and says, "Lets go see friends!" She has learned so much here, more than I ever could have taught her if I had stayed home with her. We toured 10 centers before selecting TLE and we have never been more pleased with our choice! The center is clean, the teachers are top notch and loving, and the director is phenomenal - she is loving, every child runs to hug her hello and good-bye, a real asset to the center! I couldnt have picked a better center for my child! Check them out, youll love them too!

My daughter has been going here for more than a year now. We love our experience with Ledgewood TLE. The staff is flexible, very very friendly. Special mention - Mr Peter, Ms Melissa and my childs teacher Ms Heather, Ms Maggie. The whole group is very helpful. Whenever there are issues they call you back, close the loop and give utmost attention to the childs needs. Additionally its not all play time at this day care there is a lot of learning too. My daughter is able to read words and use the tools that teachers gave her to read and write without any additional help from us parents. I highly recommend this day care, learning center.

The infant room and toddler room are way over cap. There are always new faces in there watching your children. Go and see for yourself and count how many kids are in each room. Some of the teachers are extremely lazy and just sit around and the kids are all over the place. There is no structure with the younger children. They are not on a schedule. My son didnt learn a thing there. Every time I picked him up he was in his crib. They do not have an interactive environment. I have written other reviews but unfortunatley they have been deleted unknown to me.... There has been 5 directors in the last year! Says something...

My son Zach started attending TLE Ledgewood in September 2011. He was 6.5 months when he started and has been loving it since the first day. The center is clean and bright. The teachers in his infant room are amazing. They are extremely kind and nurturing. I know he is in great hands when I leave him for the day. The director is extremely friendly and personable. The kids gravitate toward her and her office door is always open. This center was the perfect choice!
