FIRST OF ALL TO SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT ID LIKE TO START OFF BY SAYING IF I COULDVE GAVE -00000 STARS I WOULD UNFORTUNATELY THATS NOT AN OPTION HERE. THEIR NAME SHOULD BE ALL AMERICAN MOVING THIEVES. NOT ONLY WAS I LIED TO, MY ITEMS WERE BROKEN, AND THEY STOLE MONEY OUT OF MY PURSE. LETS START FROM THE BEGINNING. THEY ACTUALLY CAME TO DO AN ONSITE SO THAT I WOULD GET A FIRM BINDING PRICE. HOWEVER ON THE DAY OF MY MOVE, MY TINY 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT JUMPED FROM A PRICE OF $545.00 TO OVER $3,000.00 (ONLY AFTER THEY HAD ALL MY BELONGINGS ON THE TRUCK) WITH A MANDATORY GRATUITY OF $30%, WHICH WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A FLAT RATE THEY TOLD ME OVER AND OVER AND ASSURED ME EVERYTHING WAS INCLUDED, TO THEM DAMAGING MY CHINA ALONG WITH MY MARBLE TOP DINING ROOM TABLE AND SEVERAL OTHER THINGS - FORGET ABOUT TRYING TO GET REIMBURSEMENT OR ANY TYPE OF PHONE CALL BACK, IN FACT I GOT TOLD TO GO F**K MYSELF BY THE BOSS HIMSELF. I PROMISE YOU THE ENTIRE WORLD WILL KNOW ABOUT THIS SCAMMING COMPANY AND I WILL START WITH BBB, TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, AND DIVISION OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS UNTIL THEY ARE CLOSED DOWN. WELL ON BBB IT STATES BUSINESS IS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS BUT THEY ARE THEY JUST CHANGED THEIR PHONE NUMBER AND ADDRESS. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY FAR FARRRRRRRRR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I couldnt be happier with any other mover. The crew they sent was professional, courteous, and friendly from the very start, from the emails and phone calls with Ian all the way through packing a four bedroom house into a two bedroom Brooklyn apartment. All the furniture and fragile items arrived safely, no damage. They didnt scuff the house or the apartment on move-out/move-in. They were very patient when my new building was slow to give us access to the apartment. Lots of joking and laughter, which is always a good stress relief during something as icky as move. These were ace guys, every single one of them. I highly recommend.

Easily one of the worst businesses Ive ever dealt with. Rude and dishonest. Changed pricing from what was discussed on the phone by a huge amount, insulting, couldnt get their truck open, and then walked off the job, leaving me in the lurch. Went downtown and picked up a couple day laborers who got it done for 1/3 of the price. Avoid this company at all costs, youre better off with literally anyone else.

Charge for tolls, travel time? and hourly rate. Over priced and only require cash payments. Personal possessions lost during the move. Not good. DERRICK : YOU SEEM TO WORK FOR THE COMPANY GIVEN YOUVE GIVEN THE COMPANY ON DIFFERENT NAMES GOOD REVIEWS. RATING YOUR OWN BUSINESS DOES NOT COUNT
