I blew out a tire, 35 miles from home with my two small children at 3:30 in the afternoon. I pulled into this location. They had a full waiting room and obviously had enough business to keep them busy through the end of the day. The tires I needed are not common so they had to call around for them. As it turns out most tire suppliers stop delivery around this time of day. These guys made several calls until they found my tires at which point they had to plead and negotiate to get them delivered that day. I walked my kids to the nearby bowling alley and bowled two games. By 5:45 we were on our way home. Extraordinary customer service. They really took care of us. Thanks Guys!

Took my car over there for a "Tune Up". Changed Plugs, get the car back worst that what i gave it in. They tell me i need a new Fuel injector(not sure why the car was running fine before and like crap after but okay). Changed the injector, changed ignition coil, still running horrible. 1400 dollars later... i take it to the Mazda dealer and they tell me they used silicone instead of the proper gasket so the motor was losing pressure though that. 700 dollars later at the dealer car is fixed. Something that should of cost me 300 dollars ended up costing me over 3000 with the rental car. My whole family used to take our cars to this location. Not anymore. STAY AWAY!

They were very prompt and professional as far as service efficiency and respect for your time. For a 90 dollar alignment I would expect a more precise result than what I was left with. They didnt even test drive the car after to verify. Being a former tech (and familiar with their current machine) I would expect better results and a better quality of work. The alignment was only "better" than when I dropped it off. The printout even proves the numbers are not within spec and the spec for the rear of the vehicle was worse after they touched it. I would not waste my time there if you want perfect results.

Took my corolla in for new brakes but they never seemed to work smoothly. I would hear metal on metal grinding at certain speeds took the car back to them but of course the grinding went away due to the speed, so they said, "we cant do anything due to that we dont hear anything wrong" so I figure they take in the car and inspect it, but nope. We dont hear anything, we cant do anything. $390 I spent at this place for a crappy job, I never went back. Took the car to the dealership and no issues since. Stay away, you been warned.

They do things on time; they do things right. Price wise, well if youre from Newark where many times things are cheaper, you might faint, but the word "cheap" around a car just seems life threatening. To give an example of prices here, I was charged about $90 for mounting and getting balanced 4 tires new tires. There were other places I checked that wanted to charge me more and obviously some places in Newark that charged much less. But this place for some reason just brings peace of mind.

This place is the worst. I wouldnt recomend going there. .... they took a part from our car and they swore they didnt have it that piece. The piece cost 60+ dollars. Before we got our sensors for the tires fixed it was there (the engine cover) when we got it back it was gone where else could it have gone??? If they took it rhey had a quick easy 60 or more bucks from it. What else can we do to fix the problem besides never go there again.

These are my guys they work on all my cars and do a beautiful job if you looking for professionals this is the spot, I have a bmw and it can get a whole lot expensive but all depends what car you bring for repairs they will ALWAYS work with you.......And get you back on the road quickly.......
