I came to pick my car up here after it being impounded by the police. Long story short the guy in the office was rude to me. He tried to argue me that my car had been there since the 19th so it was going to be $275 I told him that he called me and told me it was $237 just yesterday, for one he said "Well I dont care what you say thats the price" & he said "You didnt call me yesterday" as if I was lying when actually HE called me & I had the call log to prove. He ended up being wrong anyways! And I was right. He just was so rude about it.

John Venusti is a wonderful man who does quality work and is fair and honest. He went over and above for us and we appreciate it so much. Its the only place wed consider if we have to do it again. ***DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE*** My wife brought her E350 here to have the bumper replaced. After my wife had picked up the car. I realized shortly after, it was the same bumper and they had just tried to repair it and said they replaced it! I called them and they said someone else must have hit it again. Do not bring here! Go were ur insurance company says to go!
