I have Geico insurance and Mountain View is part of their Auto Repair Xpress program. The day after the accident the adjustor met me there (he has an office right in the body shop) and the rental car agent met me there as well. The Geico rep gave me the wrong date - I was supposed to go the following day. But the adjustor and the guy from the body shop did a walk through of my car with me and I got the rental that day anyway so I didnt have to come back. I had over $8000 damage on the car, and they did an absolutely beautiful job on the car. It looks like brand new, and they fixed it in 3-4 week days. My husband (who is hard to impress) is extremely impressed and we wouldnt hesitate to bring a car there again. Everyone was friendly, professional and it was a very positive experience.

I spent 25 years in the Auto Insurance Industry, first as a claims adjuster, then as a claims manager. I cant tell you how many times Ive dealt with rude, unprofessional body shops. So much so, that I was prepared to deal with one now that I made my first claim ever. However, to my surprise, Mountain View Auto Body in Wayne, was amazing. Not only did everyone in the shop speak to me in a friendly, professional manner, they did a GREAT JOB! My car looks beautiful inside and out, they only had it for 5 business days. They have an Enterprise desk right inside, along with coffee and spotless rest rooms. I truly am astounded at how easy and pleasant the whole experience was. I would recommend them to anyone, and Im a tough customer.

Beware of this autobody! The shop had my car for over a month and when I went to pick up the car my GPS was missing. Even though there were before pictures taken where you could clearly see my GPS mont I was not reimbursed for the stolen GPS. I was given the run around for 2 weeks before I had to file a police report and another 2 weeks later the manager finally called me back saying they didnt feel responsible for the missing GPS. The work done on my car was mediocre my trunk still makes a nose when closing it. Very disappointed with my service all around!

By far the most professional and most caring people i have ever met, they will do anything in their power in order to make sure that the customer is safe and happy with their vehicle this auto body deserves way more the five stars i wish i can pay them more then what i have offered them but i know deep down god will pay them with much more. Thank you to mike chris and dan for all their help and all the hospitality you guys are the best. IF YOU NEED YOUR VEHICLE FIXED AND TAKEN CARE OF THE RIGHT WAY THIS IS THE PLACE........

After hitting a deer, my insurance company recommended Mountian View for the repair. Since my salesman said "all we do here is perfection", my windshield washer fluid has never worked again, my headlights basically point up, my VW logo on the grill was sideways, and has since fell off, and the paint job was spotty at best. I am never the guy complaining about things like this, but anyone looking to repair their car after a fender-bender should find a different auto-body shop approved by your insurance company.

Had an accident on RT80 and the NJ State police called a tow. These guys showed up and were very nice. While awaiting my insurance company appraisal, I went to pick some stuff up from the car and spoke with Amato. He was so helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy that we decided to have the body and mechanical work done there. Very happy with the work they did and how friendly they were. They took care of everything from the insurance co to the rental car. Perfect. I would highly recommend.

The staff was very professional and helpful not to say they did an AMAZING job with my car in only 3 days. The car looks brand new and drives smoother than before the accident. Dropped my vehicle off for repair through progressive. They did a fantastic job, communicated with me to tell me it was done (ahead of time.) When I picked it up, there was a small amount of pollen on it, so they volunteered to bring it to the car wash for me.
