Wasted for 2700 for a nice paint job on my jetta and got back a hand print on the trunk told them to the the side skirts and they were uneven and about 4 paint runs and didnt even bother to cover up some chips jus sprayed paint over them and remind you they chanrged me for chip repair also had a minor scratch on the rear door and lack of clear coat on side mirros didnt even bother to screw the lips jus clipped them on cuz my feont lip popped out and the worst part is they got clear coat over spray on my 1600 rotiform rims and also handed me a car with the inside so dusty and footprints all over he carpet and i paid 2700 and despuited it and he calls me saying he will f..k me over remind you i paid 2700 n atleast deserve a decent job then i toke it to another macco to fix the imperfection cuz i didnt want to deal with them and they did things that i dodnt even ask for . Linden macco had my car for over two weeks and returned me a 76% percent job done i only despusted wat was charged on my card which was about 800 which i belive should b refunded cuz of all the imprefection made and over spray on the rims highly disgusted with them so fast to take ur money dor a poor job i will be going to court and sueing them for this lack of job 2700 really it isnt even about the money becuz i went somewhere else to get it fixed its about the garbage job they do

Took my Van here for a paint job last week, figured since I took the week off from work at the moment looked like the perfect opportunity to get the work van painted. I asked the manager if a week was sufficient time to get it ready to which he answered "YES" and asked for $100.00 deposit in order to guarantee my spot in line.... I went away for 6 days just to find out in my return that the Van was placed in the yard behind their establishment untouched for 7 days.... After asking the guy for an explanation, First didnt remember me at all, had to look at the receipt for more information, secondly, I was simply told "he didnt have time to work on It at all and were still other vehicles in front of mine. Not a single phone call was made to notify me of any changes to what was previously agreed..... While talking to this guy someone else who was waiting at the place told me he had a similar experience with them before, leaving his car untouched after a number of days... When running a Business you Just dont promise things to customers that are out of your control specially if your are asking for deposit money.

Terrible experience. I had them paint my upper bumper. I was told that it would be done the same day. It took them 4 days to paint and install my bumper, which wasnt installed correctly. I asked them to fix it and I was told that if I wanted an estimate then he will follow me outside to look at the truck. On top of that I noticed my lower bumper was painted black, not the whole bumper, just the center of the lower bumper. I took the car to the self service car wash and hit it with the power washer and it wouldnt come off. I immediately go to the shop and have them look at it. They tell me its been there for a while theres dirt on top of it. How is there dirt if I just washed the car? No response. They do half ass work and charge you full price and dont even complete the work stated on the repair order. Very unsatified with this location. Will never do business with this location again.

I had my truck painted only on the outside they Splash paint not only on my leather seats but also on the inside which was a different color when I spoke to the fat nasty rude owner by the name of Bill he looked at it realize they messed up and decided he wasnt going to fix it Im currently in the process of suing them its only $52 on Broad Street Elizabeth to file a claim in court so I urge all of you to stop Macaco from continuing to destroy other peoples property with no answer $52 quick court process we need to hold male sure you walk with at least three different estimates to ensure you get your money to fix also work with pictures which I could of upload what this pig company did to my truck

ALL THIS GOOD REVIEW IS FAKE !!! Had my car fixed there, and the bumper was broke in 10 days from someone leaning on it. And this posting for my friend who went there for some work that should have taken anywhere from 2-3 days. Hes been way too nice and flexible in my opinion, but it was 4 weeks later and when he finally got his car back, a light on the dash that was never on came on. Worst customer experience I have ever heard of. Always "parts delays" and how someone never did their part.

The owner of this place backed into my 2014 corvette in front of his shop and then tried to tell insurance that I hit his car while it was unattended even though the damage was to my passanger side rear quarter panel and passenger side rear rim. Just by that I would not trust this place. I am a military veteran and take integrity seriously. This guy has none. Now Im out $500 for my deductible.

Horrible they say your car will be ready by tomorrow then when you call back they tell you the same thing over and over again. It went from getting my car back within 2-3 day to 8-10 days. When I went to confront them about it they gave me an attitude as if it was my fault they were late.

For a first timer, didnt know what to expect. The whole process was wonderful. Listened to how I wanted the paint done, took note, the people were very knowledgeable and the job exceeded my expectations. Definitely rate the place 5 stars. Love the outcome and the friendly service.

the worse people ever , cops always there. owner fighting with customers I will not go there any more bunch of layers crack head they should not be a business owners go see always cop,s tons of court orders and I am one of them, going to court today

I cannot say enough positive things to say. My 10 year old Mitsubishi Lancer looks brand new again. I appreciate the great customer service and prompt work. Im so happy with the finish of the car.
