*I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!! I came to this location to get a quote on fixing my vehicle (2017 Altima) that had just been involved in a hit-and-run accident just a few days prior. The entire passenger side of my vehicle was damaged and needed to be repaired. Once I pulled up in front, I was directed to see the manager for assistance, cant quite remember his name it was either Dave or Dale, he was a short man in stature. He greeted me then once I showed him my vehicle damages and tried to explain my situation, he became very short with me and was not trying to hear me out. I explained to him that it was a hit-and-run and I preferred to pay for the damages out of pocket rather than making a claim through my insurance company. Once he heard that, he completely dismissed me. His exact words to me were "Im not even going to waste my time writing you up a quote if youre not going through your insurance company!". Correct me if Im wrong but I do believe it is MY choice whether or not I want to file a claim through MY insurance company that I pay every month. Regardless of if I go through my insurance or choosing to pay out of pocket, I have the right to do as I choose and it is his responsibility to treat me with respect and value my business as a consumer. If he agrees with my choices or not is irrelevant to the situation. He would not give me a proper quote as I requested, he totally blew me off and continued walking up the street after his dog. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by the service and treatment I received from this establishment. Not only will I never return to this location, I will also discourage others from going here and continue to share my negative experience with everyone! His behavior was completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated!

The Paint job done was horrible, you can clearly see the different paint color the used to try to match my original paint. My car is a new model vehicle and It looks cheeply done, as soon as I walked up to the car it was very noticeable secondly they left a clear airbrushed looking film over both my mirrors and my back windows. The manager refused to fix the obvious errors and was beyond rude once I brought the errors to his attention despite being surprisingly friendly when it came down to taking my money for the job. The first warning I had was another angry customer he was having a screeming match with when I came in just to have him give me a estimate. RUN FROM THE EAST ORANGE MAACO BAD SERVICE RUINED MY NEW CAR! He also became irate and screamed at me literally at the top of his lungs. Avoid this place this man is a misogynist and clearly sexist. Hes using the community for money but doesnt seem to LIKE anyone in the community.

I needed some auto body work and went in on a Monday 3 days later my vehicle was ready the estimate was very reasonable the work was professional and prompt the place was very clean everything was explained to me I was very happy and satisfied I would definitely recommend anyone to go in and speak to the professionals at this Maaco and I also enjoyed the dog great touch #dogLover thank you very much for helping me out and making this situation much easier on the pocket and my schedule. ..

Dave is extremely short and extremely rude. He tried to charge me over a thousand dollars for work that I got done some where else for only 550$ . He tried to rip me off because I am a female. The extremely short man (Dave) became nasty when I confronted him about how much he was trying to charge me. He also has a wild dog running around inside the lobby that tried to attack me. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

My wonderful wife ran up on a parking lot barrier and ripped the front bumper off and wrecked the lining under her car. Brought it in to Maaco in Orange and couldnt be happier. Friendly, attentive service from Dave, the owner and had the front fixed and on the road in no time. Price was outstanding. Highly recommend this repair facility.

The guy who owned the shop is very unprofessional. He took 2 months for a job he told me would take a week. I told him its costing me a lot to get back and fourth from wrk and he tells me "thats not his problem" ..
