Mike, Kenny, etc are all good people. I have used them "unfortunately" many times as people in my family are accident prone in the sense of they stop at all yellow lights and get rear ended for being careful drivers. They have always treated me well and their paint matching is very good. The repairs are done in a reasonable time and looks like it never happened. They have made a few mistakes like when putting the door back the electronic system was not tight enough that connector fell off and the rear door would not unlock with the keyless remote but when I mentioned it, it was fixed withing 20 minutes (they wasted no time and the 20 minutes was to take off the door panel and put it on again. Another time I had brought in the car for a repair that was done a year prior, the car was rear ended as mentioned prior and was repaired promptly but since the car was garaged I never noticed it until we happened to get another car which forced that car to sit outside. The seal had a situation where it was improperly installed or so and it allowed rainwater into the spare tire wheel well. It took two tries but they fixed it and they never charged me for it. They figured the problem out after the second try but they showed me exactly what happened and without ever doing it, even I must admit I would not have caught how the car company required the seal to be put in. Again they could have easily said, its been a year and the repair had been done and I must have done something wrong, but they chose the honest and honorable way to cover it. That is why I have to give them 5 stars and hopefully never have to go to them but if I ever get into another accident without question I will use them again, no questions asked. They even while I was waiting one time asked me if I wanted part of a giant sandwich. Apparently they repaired a sandwich shop vehicle and in appreciated they brought in a 6 foot sub. I mean it shows that this place is good people if the sub shop sent an appreciation sandwich for something they paid already.

I took my BMW to this shop because it was recommended to my by the person who backed into my car, looked like a great place, staff as nice and seemed knowledgeable. they said the job would take 1 week, after the first week i called them and was told every day that it would be ready tomorrow. In the end it took 2 weeks. Paint job looked great, body lines werent perfect, masking wasnt perfect. I ended up with a list of 10-20 items that needed to be repaired: window tint was terribly scratched screws and screw caps were missing window was not sealed properly door panels had pry marks molding was cracked window had hard time moving etc they repaired most and claimed to repair others such as window seal and window regulator but the most disgusting issue I had i noticed 1 month later when I was changing from winter wheels to summer; 2 of five lug bolts were missing from the wheel that they hd to remove, so i bought the lug bolts and found out that the hub was actually stripped out and had to be repaced, $500 repair. when I called Kenny to inform him of my safety concerns kenny hung up on me, I ended up paying for the replacment hub out of pocket because of my frustrations. It really upsets me that a bodyshop would allow me to drive my car off with 3 out of 5 bolts holding the wheel on, without so much as a warning. to make matters worse about 5 months later the area that they repaired began to rust round the wheel well. I took my car elsewhere to get this repaired, I will never take a car there again. Also, I think it is worth mentioning that all prior reviews of this place, all 5 star reviews, were placed on the same date, April 16 2010.

Recently I was in a car accident and was sent by my Insurance Company to an Auto Body Shop that just didn’t seem up to par. I explained how I felt to Insurance Company, and found out that I could take to any shop that my insurance company works with. Now I have never been involved in an accident before and after hearing horror stories from many friends I started to do a little research. I came across Union Collision website and after thoroughly looking through each page I decided to go and see them for an estimate. Still a little nervous and hesitant I went and sat down with Kenny. Kenny took to the time to explain everything to me, answered all of my questions (and did I have a lot), and made me feel comfortable about leaving my car in their hands. When I went to pick up my car the following week, I could not believe how beautiful my car came out; I would swear it was brand new. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Union Collision to anyone I know that has the unpleasant experience of being in an accident and wants to feel comfortable and confident in the quality of repair work that Union Collision can perform. Fabulous work! I took my car to Union Collision on the recommendation of my auto insurance company after another car drove into the aide of it. My poor car is a magnet for other people hitting it and the entire passenger side needed to be fixed. After determining which dent belonged to which claim the guys explained to me it would be about four weeks of work. I had my baby back in three and looking better than when I bought it. My job create alot of wear and tear on both the inside and outside of my car. The work was done beautifully and my car back shiny and clean both inside and out. In any dealing I've had with my car I have never been treated so well. I never once felt as if I was being looked at at as a young girl without knowledge of cars just walking off the street, but rather as a person who they'd known their whole lives. They have my greatest thanks for giving me back a beautiful car and my highest respect for being amazing people at the same time. I would and i will reccommend them to everyone I know, and even those I don't.

I found Union Collision by doing a Google search and decided to use them based on the good reviews I saw. Boy, was I happy with my choice! I started my process with Kenny, but everyone who I interacted with (including Mike and Nick) were all so nice, sincere, and honest. The car took a little longer to be completed with the work, but they were always communicating with me on what they were doing and Im glad I waited because the car looks perfect. They even cleaned the inside of my car (which I really did not expect) so I feel like I have a brand new car again. So happy to use their services and will definitely use them again if I ever need any body work done to the car.

I want to thank Union Collision for providing some of the best service around. I ended up having to have my front end and rear of my 2005 AUDI A4 replaced due to differnet accidents. Union Collision fixed both incidents better then I had ever expected. If you look at my car, you cant even tell there was an accident. The paint matched up perfect, all repairs were done to the highest standards. They are extremely professional, and keep you up to date on all repairs. If you want the best collision center in the area go to Union Collision, you will be extremely satisfied, and you wont have to worry one bit. Union Collision THANKS AGAIN!!!!!!!! You GUYS ROCK
