My insurance reffered me to this place, normally I use my own selection, but since I am busy working and have no time. This place was good because it was close by. I had minor damage on my 2014 civic. Originally on my estimate the guy told me they were going to replace my bumper and fix the damage on my rear quarter panel. 5 days later when I picked up my car upon reviewing it, they did not changed my bumper, because appearently it could be "salvaged" (there were still damage marks where they did not repair properly. Also, there was an obvious scratch on the bumper itself (made by them) I saw it and asked them to fix it, (he had someone buff it out that moment) VERY UNPROFESSIONA!! These are all small mistakes made by them, by very unprofessional. When I got home I noticed the rear window of the side they repaired had paint marks from being improperly covered. (It is still there)!! Also VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! When I paid my deductible their system was down for CC so I had to look for an ATM and pay in cash. They did offer to give me a ride to an atm, but still VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and INCONVENIENT. I would not recommend anyone there. I will not go back myself and I will stick to my original body shop.

I was involved in an accident on 2/3/13 and I had first went to another body shop in Clark and they told me that they couldnt get the car in, until a month, so I came here because someone recommended me here. I must say that they are awesome. As soon as I brought the car in they told me they could see me right away. The person who was helping me was Johnny and he was great. During the middle of this, the person that hit my car started to contest the incident and Johnny even went ahead and even called the insurance, to see what was happening. In the end everything came out good. The car came back to me almost as if it was brand new. Johnny not only painted the side that was damaged in the accident but also the bumper, that was in bad shape due to parking lots and parking in general, not even for an extre fee. He also even polished my headlights that were foggy, to brand new and I never asked him to do it and I wasnt charged for it at all. In the end, I would definitely recommend this body shop. Johnny P., was an excellent staff personnel there and even went out of his way to help me out. The staff there were never rude and were great. I would definitely come back here again.

I had the best customer service from the moment I came into the establishment. Derek assisted me with getting my claim started. After not hearing from the insurance company I called Linden Auto Body to see if they heard anything from the insurance company and Derek informed me that he had not. Derek then reached out to his contacts with the insurance company and got the ball rolling immediately. When the time came to bring my car in for service they assisted me with getting a rental. Dereks dad took me to pick up my rental car and provided me with some great business tips on opening a business during the ride to Enterprise. My car was completed before the delivery date and I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you Linden Auto Body

I have to say, when I needed work on my car last year, the customer service and quality of work was exceptional. The time estimate with how long the work would take was almost exact. They handled all the insurance stuff and made the whole process very easy which is important when going through a stressful event after an accident. They showed step by step photos of the work done on my car. Plus they even buffed out some scratches on my roof from a different incident caused by house shingles which I appreciated. Definitely recommend

Above and beyond customer service. The owner Derek is hands down the most professional and courteous person I have ever met in this industry. After I was stranded 45 minutes away from my home in the middle of the night and AAA failed miserably to do anything, Derek personally drove and picked me up. Hands down the best people and shop in New Jersey. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who had an issue or damage to their vehicle.

Derek the Manager treated me terrible. They got paid by my insurance to put factory parts in my car and I found out they put all used parts in my brand new car. I heard that they are being investigated by the insurance company for fraud. I was back multiple times and my car still isnt fixed. Derek was very rude and nasty I dont know how they have someone like that running there business. One star is too many.

Hands down, the best group of folks you can work with. The work they put forth is bar none, the best. Ive used them for company vehicle and also for my personal car and always spectacular work... From the front desk reception to the service guys and Derek makes them standout amongs other shops. I highly recommend them!!!!

There work is horrible you see wavy paint marks all over . couple of spots have over spray !!!! Charged me 2500 to fix minor damage and paint work all over . They are very unprofessional i would never go back there and i personally not recommend there shop !!!! STAY AWAY FAR FAR AWAY
