My experience at Dobbs was terrific. Previous to going to Dobbs for an estimate, I had received estimates from two other body shops, And both of them did not notice that the left front fender on my car had been bowed out due to the accident. Brad, who I assume is the owner, spotted it right away, and had me compare it to the fender on the other side of the car, and he was absolutely correct. I could not believe I had not noticed it myself. He personally does the estimates, and theres nothing like the decades of experience that he obviously has. Once they started repairs, and disassembled the car they found more damage, and Brad took care of all issues with the insurance company adjuster. The shops work was top notch, and its impossible to tell that the car was ever hit. As for the other reviewer who mentioned the lost GPS unit, I always remove anything valuable when I take one of my cars into the shop, even for something as minor as an oil change. No sense creating temptation when you dont need to. Most repair shops display signs that they will not be held liable for valuables left in a car, although I cant recall if Dobbs had such a sign.

Terrible customer service. If there was an option to give no stars, or extremely poor, I would have chosen that. My garmin GPS went missing while my car was in the care of Dobbs. The owner or manager was dismissive when I brought up the issue. As I continued he kept blowing me off, I became more firm. He then became rude and started calling me names and insulting my character and my property. I of course was outraged and lost my cool too, but within reason. He then responded by stepping up close to me and putting his fingers in my face. He is an older man who is at least 63. He was rude, belittling and tried to use intimidation to avoid the real issue- the security of his lot or the integrity of his employees.

My brand new car was side-swiped by a landscaping truck. I thought for sure it would never be the same, I was wrong. It is great to know there are still small business perfectionists in this world. The owner (Brad) would not settle with the insurance company on used parts and straightening the metal. He defended my rights and replaced the entire side of the car with all brand new parts. The car was returned (delivered to my house!), detailed in perfect condition. Definitely go to Dobbs if you care about the longevity of your car.

Door to door service, detailed inside and out, on time, and I didnt have to be involved in the repair process at all. Highly recommend if youre busy and cant be bothered with the process, drop it off with the owner and they take care of everything.
