As all the customers rave about JLC electric on how good the service was and being competitive, no one knows the abuse Mike puts on his employees. So as a former employee, I will describe how this company actually is. First off, Mike is a man child who only cares for himself and some of the lewed comments from him make the younger employees seem mature. His scheduling for jobs makes all of his employees work like dogs and barely see their families, yes the jobs get done but weary employees tend not to concentrate well the following day. If Mike acts as professional as he seems, he would not be operating out of a shack ran by a landscaping company with rats running around and yes when Mike drove up in his black pick up, a rat jumped out from his bed and into the customers yard who had children. To anyone who wishes to apply to JLC and wants a long term career there, your personality must be that of a doormat. He is higly verbally abusive to you in person and on the phone away from customers and has a short fused temper. My wife even called him out on this at one point in time. If you do decide to leave JLC for any reason, Mike WILL HOLD your paychecks for a month or longer.

Mike and his superior professional team installed a home generator for me recently. From the first time I met Mike, I knew this was the guy I wanted to do the work. He did some majic on his computer and quickly, I knew the cost and what I needed. He also worked very good with the township in getting the permit approved,.documents were completed right, in a timely manner. If your looking for quality and a team you can trust, look no further. Mike at JLC is the go man. 5 stars is under graded, he gets 10 Plus in my book. Great job! Thank you Mike and team. Bill and Gary also deserve mention. They leave no stone unturned. Great job. Mike and his team were outstanding installing our generator. They were prompt with all follow-ups, the work was done with the professionalism I expected and we passed inspection without any issues (and in our township, that is saying something). Though what I really appreciated was their recommendation to replace our electrical box. It was the original and manufactured with design flaws by a now defunct firm. I can sleep better with both my generator ready to go and the safety of a new panel. Plus, his pricing was competitive for the services provided.

I recommend this company highly. I had Mike come out and give me an estimate for a new service entrance cable and electric panel. His price was not only the best but the work done was exceptional. The electricians ran into some issues but they took care of them without adding any additional charges. Other places were quoting me all these additional fees to get the work done. We set it up for his crew to come in and look everything over. They were able to update (and make safe) almost everything electrical in the entire home in one day overcoming many obstacles. These are professional electricians that do the job right and safe.
