Stay far away. I have never felt more ripped off in my life. I feel he will have no issue taking your money and not completing the work. and he will swear up and down about how honest he and he comes across friendly and then he will not complete the job. I feel he has no issue to leave you high and dry and he will bring in subs and tell you he is not making any money off them and really he is taking a huge cut. He claims expertise in areas other than electrical work. I suggest you get it confirmed by third party experts. Consider yourself warned

On a hot Sunday afternoon, my outlet for my ac unit died. I was heartbroken. Despondent. Then came Benny, in less than an hour he showed up at my house, fixed the outlet efficiently, left everything neat and clean.
