Work completed on 6-15-17 was a new whole house water softener, upgrade to 3/4 inch piping and replacement of kitchen and bathroom faucets. Total cost $3450.00. Here in Parsippany, we have hard water. Our 10 year old oil furnace needed a coil replacement due to hot water flow issues. However it did not solve the problem. My first call and only call was to Air Group since I have them servicing my central a/c unit. A technician came out and tested the hot water and the recommendation was to install a whole house water softener and replace the old 1/2" copper pipes with 3/4" pex. After a few minor issues regarding the hot water flow in the kitchen and master bathroom, it was recommended the faucets be changed. This was a good call cause once they were changed the flow dramatically improved. My thanks to Mike who initially came out and worked well into the night and supervisor Brian James and plumbing expert Matt for following up to be sure we were satisfied with the work that was done. It was worth the price, since we now have a good hot water flow and are using less dish washing liquid and water to rinse the dishes and we are seeing virtually no spots on the shower glass doors. Our 11 year old dishwasher has never cleaned better with the addition of the water softener. The water has a nice clean and silky feel to it. So as they say "Happy Wife, Happy Life". Make Air Group your first call.

We needed a new AC and furnace. We also wanted to replace our nonfunctioning humidifier and add a higher quality air filter. Airgroup was amazing from the first phone call to set up an appointment for a quote to the follow up after the install. John-Paul was our representative and he arrived on time, was professional, and gave us an extremely comprehensive quote. We got quotes from 2 other companies that were in a similar price range. They suggested that we add an additional return vent, which made complete sense. We moved forward with Airgroup because they were by far the most detailed and well thought-out. On the day of the install, John-Paul came promptly at 7:30 AM with the large crew to get everything started. The crew worked all day and were extremely neat and courteous. They did not leave until they had tested everything several times and made sure it worked properly. Then, the crew leader gave us an extensive overview of how everything worked and answered all of our questions. They left around 5:30 or 6PM. A week later, John-Paul checked in with us to make sure we were happy with everything. He even took the time to answer a few more questions I had. Im so impressed! I intend to use Airgroup again and recommend them to others as well.

Top notch! AirGroup is the standard by which I judge any other home contractor. Ive run a service contracting business (fire sprinklers) in the past and helped train business owners in HVAC and plumbing. Seriously theyre the best around. Theyre professional, theyre prompt, and theyre honest. Ive had them replace the equipment in my home in Livingston (first AC, then heat a few years later) and Ive helped a senior citizen neighbor who had a carbon monoxide issue in an old furnace replace her equpt with them. Over 20 years with them. I highly recommend AirGroup to friends and neighbors. I know what this stuff costs and I never feel cheated by what I pay AirGroup. In my opinion, you will never regret a decision to go with AirGroup. Yes, there will be some guy in a beat up old van who can do it cheaper. But will he do it right? Maybe, maybe not. Will he be around to answer for his work? Almost surely not. I can set my watch by the AirGroup guys promised 9am arrival. We even had them out on a hot Sunday. I work with service businesses all year, in many ways, and I put AirGroup at the very top of my list. Look at the people who gush about the service they got (as do I) and see why. Or look me up and call if you dont believe it.

I returned home on a Thursday evening to find a 20 year old furnace not working and a hot water heater leaking. I left a message with Air Group that I needed service the next morning. Air group called at 7am, had a technician out by 8:30 am, a furnace repair estimate by 9:00, a price on the water softener and on replacement of the furnace by 10am, and new water heater in my house by 11am. The furnace was replaced the following Monday. My second furnace (which Air Group had not touched) failed the following Tuesday night. I called Air Group about 10am Wednesday and the furnace was fixed by noon. Their do nice work, clean up thoroughly after themselves, and are pleasant and professional. They gave me a good price on the furnace and water heater package. This service is the best I have experienced from any contractor.

Horrible experience from calling to place a work order to the final service. Technician running late and another came in his place and got the work done within time, only for original technician to come in and start dawdling on unnecessary stuff so they could bill for another half hour. Very unprofessional behavior in my opinion. This is why one should not use hourly billing companies cos they are trained to waste as much of your time as possible and then charge you for it. The first technician that came by was wonderful and I feel we would have had a better experience if the older more cynical technician did not come by at a much later time than even agreed upon for the work order. Again very unprofessional behavior on his part.

Recently had Air Group remove my old AC system and install a new variable speed Carrier unit. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of this organization. Barely even one week passed from the sales call to the one day installation. Their service teams are highly available and responsive and their installations are done in one day as promised. The company also provides licensed plumbing and electrical services; a true one-stop shop. As a home owner, the most important trait that I look for is 100% confidence that my systems will be kept up and running - all of them. There is nothing worse than getting home at 9pm on a Sunday night to no heat and hot water. One call and I was up and running within a few hours.

My homes found a best friend when Air Group came to visit 15 years ago. Two houses, Irene, Sandy and many storms prior, I could count on Air Group to be there to stand by their installations. Their support is amazing and their ability to install and maintain - outstanding. I recently wanted some wiring to be modified on my generator and was most pleased by the way the company responded. Shout out to all the Chriss, Franz, James, Eric, Jason, and Nick - as well as the scheduling team. Special note of thanks to Mary and Jody in customer service, Ron in sales, and all the people who answer my after hours calls!!!!! Air Group ROCKS!

Absolutely horrible - I wouldnt even give them one star. We called them and said we had an issue with our oil burner in our boiler. They then proceeded to send someone out to our house and when the serviceman showed up he said they didnt service oil burners. The service man was very sympatic and wrote on the paperwork that our invoice should be waived. When we spoke to the office manager and owner they refused to speak to hear our side and said they were sending us to collections. We were forced to pay their bill even though they didnt help us at all. Complete rip off
