My experience with Patriot Electric and Generator service has left me very pleased and impressed with the work they have done for me. We have had several issues with Our electric over the past few years. This past November when the weather got cold we discovered we now had no heat. We called Patriot and explained that we were in a bad situation and had no heat what so ever. We never expected anyone to come out that night , but Joe, one of the owners, came out within 2 hours. Joe did a full home inspection and then sat with us to address all of the issues and options. After we discussed all options, we decided to have Patriot overhaul our entire electrical system which included the circuit breaker box, all electrical outlets and switches , lighting and base board heaters. They even put in a smart wall heater in our bedroom with humidifier as electric heat is very dry. Also our stove was not working and Joe took the time to order us a new stove and set up a delivery time with the store so that they could be here when it arrived to hook it up. Joe and Neil are great owners and great electricians, and they runs their company with the utmost respect for customers needs and desires. I felt as if the value of the job done far exceeds the price of the job itself. I would recommend these guys to anybody in the area in need of a quality, reliable and affordable electrician. Like most people when looking for an electrician you start by asking friends, neighbors or colleagues to get an idea of whom others have used and did the job well. The name that kept coming up in response to our inquiry was Patriot Electric. We called Patriot Electric to come into our home to put right our electrical problem. We are so glad we did. Neil and Joe came to the house right away. They were thorough, highly professional, highly knowledgeable, highly efficient, courteous and very well organized. All our questions were answered in a manner that was straightforward. The entire job/ process from start to finish was then explained to us in a clear-cut and understandable way. We were given a quote and immediately set a date and time. We instantly knew we had contacted the right company. Patriot Electric was dependable throughout the entire job, and everything was completed as planned. They did outstanding work. We absolutely recommend Patriot Electric. I had Patriot upgrade my electrical service for me. Im a plumber, Im meticulous and I take pride in what I do. I like to look at a job when its done and see that it works well and looks even better. Patriot knocked it out of the park. To start they take care of everything, from contacting the electric company, to pulling the permits required. They are knowledgable about different town codes and requirements. They take care of EVERYTHING! Originally when they had first come to my house they inspected the wire confirming that everything look normal(no old worn out wires that would need to be replaced).The wire bringing the service into my house was strapped evenly, and neatly. They installed a big and beautiful new panel in my garage, making sure it was level. The wires being brought to the panel were as neat as could be. They even went as far as to remove old dead wire from the outside of my house. I really couldnt be more happy with the way the job came out. If you need an electrician Patriot is were its at.

Calling the professionals at Patriot Electric has been one of the best decisions my wife and I have made since buying our new home. After a delivery truck ripped the service wiring from the side of the house, we called Patriot, and Joe and Neil came over to diagnose the problem. We were so comfortable with their competence, honesty, friendliness, and overall professionalism that we decided to take the opportunity to update the home to 200 A after they finished the repair. They gave us a very fair price, and completed the work in a timely manner. The quality is second to none. My wife and I love our home and dont plan on moving any time soon, so its a great relief to find such consummate professionals whom we can call on for our electric needs for years to come. I needed electrical work performed in my home. I started calling around for prices some companies gave me a ball park figure but Patriot Electric stated they would need to view the job to be fair to be fair about the cost. Joe and Neil came to do the work and it ended up taking longer than anticipated because my house is wired strangely due to the initial build. They did not charge me for the extra hours they put in and they even labeled my circuit box so I knew exactly where the wiring went. Overall they did a great job and in the future I would not hesitate to call them again if I needed more electrical repairs. I have used other professionals in the past for home repairs and Patriot Electric is the best I have experienced. Thank you!

The electrical skills of Patriot Electrics owners and employees are matched by their courtesy, cleanliness and attention to detail. Phone calls are timely, the work is professional and the clean up is complete. Prior to entering our home, they covered their shoes. When they had to go to the truck, they removed their shoe covers and kept them clean for putting back on when they came inside. Prior to starting the job, the electricians protected all my surfaces with clean drop cloths. As far as the actual work, they are top notch! They researched options and ordered lighting samples for me to try right in my home until they found exactly what I wanted. We dont have a single reservation about recommending Joe and Neil wholeheartedly.

I was really impressed and overall satisfied with the entire experience. I was given multiple service level options at different prices since cost was a huge factor for me. They took a 50% deposit to order the parts and came on time as scheduled and got the work done quickly and efficiently. The cost was fair, not over or under priced. I have an older electric system (from 1960s) so I was also impressed that they brought an electrician who had lengthy experience installing the system I had- it reinforced my confidence. Everyone that works for Patriot Electric are just nice people on top of it all, so it was really pleasant overall to deal with them. Everything is working great and I will definitely be a repeat customer.
