Overpriced and ripoffs. They charged me for a job that they did not fix and I had to call another company and ended up paying double. Very dishonest people. The website says that they charge you by the job but they actually change you by the hour. They gave me a quote price of $165/hr but ended up charging me $175/hr. The technician was completely clueless and wasted many hours doing nothing. In the end he gave me a fat, unreasonable bill and of course I had to pay. Will never call this company.

Someone actually answered the phone the first time I called, then the technician showed up exactly when was promised. He then took the time to use shoe covers to protect my hardwood floors. He quickly found the problem that another electrician spent two hours looking for (and not finding). I wouldnt think twice about using them again. Now only if I could find a decent plumber.

I just had all the plugs go dead in my living room right before I was about to leave for a weekend trip. These guys were the only ones to answer the phone and they came out later the same day. The guy seemed to know immediately what was wrong and quickly fixed it. The price was less than other home service places Ive used in the past and about what I expected.

They are extremely overpriced and not an honorable business. If you get other estimates you will find that you will generally be charged at least twice what other reputable companies will charge for the same services. Buyers beware.

Joe from Mr Speedy was friendly, courteous and professional. He was able to come out the same day I called, quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem. After the issue was diagnosed he gave upfront pricing. Highly Recommend.
