The Guinea Pig Princess

I had a cut and color but Im extremely upset now that Im in natural light because my hair is the same multi tone blonde that it was when I walked in. You just cant tell if my hairs down and fluffed by a hair dryer. But now I cant put my hair up. Its awful. Im so upset to have spent wayyyy more than I could afford on a color that is the exact same as I walked in with no lie there is absolutely no change. However I was given a super cute haircut that I totally adore. So its not a totally bad experience. Since I love the cut Ill be able to wear my hair down more often but the point is if I spend $150+ on my hair Id like to look like it! My family didnt even notice I went and got anything done. At least my stylist was fun friendly and very helpful by talking me out of things I truly didnt want yet or things that would fade. So the stylist was good but the results are not so much.

I had been a customer of the Hair Cuttery for years. They usually do exactly what I want and the wait isnt too bad. My boyfriend offered to pay for a haircut as a Christmas present so we stopped by. We were charged $40 for a regular cut and blow dry, when normal prices are $22. Turns out, they charged me for having curly hair. My hair is not that curly or difficult to work with. Apparently I was being charged this all along but never knew because I used to get a cut, dye and blow dry. So thanks for ripping me off Hair Cuttery! Ill never go there again.

Worst customer service EVER. They will tell you that theres a 30 minute wait, and when you return 25 minutes later, they tell you that its another 30 minutes because you left the store (after checking in with your name) and they gave away your spot. I left and got a better haircut at another salon in the same shopping center. The employees there need to be more professional and more mature. Go somewhere else for a better hair cut.

This is a very decent salon. I have gone to more expensive places in the area, but I always come back here because it is very easy to get an appointment and its convenient for me. I have had both Tara and Victoria, and they are good, knowledgeable stylists who listen and cut your hair the way YOU want it. I have gone for both drastic changes and basic trims and have always been satisfied. This salon is a good value.

Awful experience. I had both cut and color done and both services were horrible. The worst part is I paid just as much as I wouldve at an expensive salon. Ive had my hair colored many times and it was never so dry and damaged as it was after this. The cut was nothing like what I had asked for; I wanted layers and all they did was barely trim it.

Well, its a Hair Cuttery. Been to many of them, been to lots of Super Cuts, too. I prefer Sport Clips, but there are none here. HC always does a better job, but Im a dude, so not to too picky. I had Michelle, and she was great. Will definitely continue to go back to her, my cut was exactly what I wanted.

Ive gone to both Hair Cuttery and Supercuts before. Both have offered good service in the past. My most recent trip to HC I had my hair cut by Kristin. Excellent service experience. She was very attentive to the way I requested my hair be cut. Ill be back to see her again.

I moved from out of state several years ago. I tried several high end places and nobody could get my color right. On a whim one day I walked in for a highlight. Tara did an amazing job and got the color perfect! I wont let anyone else touch my hair again!

Awful absolutely awful avoid this place if you value your hair .went in to an ombre came out looking a hot mess never got what I wanted almost 5 hrs later dried damaged hair .Im extremely extremely upset .NEVER EVER AGAIN! !!!!!
