I dont understand whats more frustrating: Sitting down in a chair and having no material in a salon to reference or look through cuts and styles, or not getting even close to what youre asking for. Salons dont seem to have any source material on display anymore. Used to be able to pick up a series of books with long, medium, and short cuts and styles to choose from. NONE of that exists anymore. How are the stylists supposed to be educated or familiar with styles without even being exposed to them in their own salons. I always have to rush to find something on my cell phone to show them, which is usually a hurried process. Its ridiculous. I should be able to point a style or cut out of a book and show it to them. Not "So, what are we doing today?" Um...I dont know what were doing today because I have no frame of reference.... And no matter what cut I ask for, they approach it exactly the same: "play it by ear" and non-exact measurements. I asked for many layers to add fullness and volume, and a swoop short bang. My hair looks like it was cut with a chainsaw. And after all that, they charge 20 freggin bucks to blowdry. Great. So now I have to wait till im home to see there real destruction. Unprofessional and lacking skill or talent. From now on, Ill spend the 60 bucks for a real experience at a legitimate salon.

HORRIBLE IF YOU ARE BRINGING A BABY! dO NOT BRING YOUR BABY HERE. I brought my son and the lady couldnt even cut his hair. The were all so rude i went there today and one girl is in their blowing drying her hair not a nice scence and when i asked if they did kids she seemed unsure. Idk why i was under the imression this was a kids place. She was getting very frustrated with my 14 month old and turned to her friend "are you any good with babys" and she rolls her eyes and replys "ha no way" i was very uncomfortable and she actually asked us to leave. yuck

To start off , the Atmosphere is fantastic everybody was so nice and friendly Carly is the one who cut my hair and did a fantastic job everything is so cheap and affordable you definitely get your moneys worth. My first time going I came in with a fresh haircut of an inverted Bob that another woman messed up from another place and they were able to fix it at great clips without making it anymore shorter, Which was fantastic for me. This is a great place I dont know why you would want to go anywhere else this is my go to hair salon

i recently got my hair cut here on june 29, 2012. the atmosphere was great, but the lady cutting my hair was rude. she did not want to cut my hair with a razor scissor and proceeded to cut my hair as she wanted it to be cut.... i recently straightened my hair and found my hair to be cut all uneven.... i am deffinately not happy and will be calling them and speaking with the owner.... i paid $34 for an uneven and unprofessional haircut in a style that i didnt even want..... great clips= crap clips

Horrible place. i am so sorry that i took my daughter there. The hairdresser yanked on a knot in her hair and pulled so hard she ripped the chunk of hair right out of my daughters head! She realized what she had done and saw my horrified look. The hairdresser left the store - with my sobbing child still sitting in the chair her hair unfinished. My daughter is terrified to get her hair cut at all now. Do yourself a favor and go some place else.

I have been coming here for almost 6 years and after tonights episode I will not be coming back. Showed up at 745 pm thinking my barber Sarah would be there but she had left so being I checked in online I thought mine as well get it cut. Once inside who ever the woman was she totally ignored me and took another customer ahead of me. After sitting there for 10 minutes she still ignored me so I left and will never return.

I had a haircut this evening with Monique that came out great; and the personal interaction was (for me at least) incredibly entertaining. My only complaint is that she kept the chair pointed at one of the cloth pieces that seperates the chair which meat I was unable to check her out in the mirror the whole time. :(

I had my haircut in april 2013 the lady cutting my hair was very nice she gave me some suggestion to style my thick hair. and so on the sevice is also great thanks Great Clips !! 5 stars I would suggest everyone on go to Great Clips

Went in to get the bottom of my fairly long hair trimmed a couple or so inches. Pretty straight forward. How did one side end up significantly shorter than the other? Mind boggling.

Everyone you go to cuts differently, I was able to find Jessica who knows exactly how to cut my hair. Location is good, price is good, and Jessica really makes me look good.

This one guy (guess Richard) is rude and does not know the cut properly. If you want just a number 4, go. But otherwise, find a different place.

I have had to use this Salon as a standby in the last 3 years and 4-5 haircuts have been better than expected.
