I would give zero stars if I could. I went here and Maddie did my hair for about a year. I had been growing it out for about four years. Length was close to touching my waist... About four inches away. Went in for a cut and asked for long layers and some movement but no length removed. Now you expect about an inch or two to come off with layers. Maddie was out on maternity leave so Kim did my hair. I trusted this salon. Well, needless to say Kim chopped me to death. Left with shoulder length straggles. Not even...not symmetric... just a mess. I went home and cried my eyes out. I went back the next day and a man that works there fixed it by evening the layers out but had to take another inch off! I went back to see Maddie a few months later and she gave me a paper to sign that I wouldnt hold Regis responsible and then when I told her what color I wanted put on my hair she acted like she was dumb and didnt know how to do it. Every time I tried to explain it to her she would make an excuse as to why she didnt understand and she couldnt do it. I asked her if she was afraid to do my hair because of the bad experience. I told her I would go somewhere else and she said ok, smiled, obviously satisfied, turned right around and walked away. Worst experience and I tried to go back because Maddie did my hair very well but they treated me very badly. They did refund my money for the chop job however.

Went to see Paulette. Showed her a picture of the color and cut i wanted. She showed me a swatch which matched perfectly. My appointment was at 1:30pm. Five hours later, i walked out with barely a shade lighter than when i walked in. Not even close to what i asked for and several inches shorter hair but absolutely no style as requested. Just inches shorter. Was disappointed but paid almost $100 plus tip since she spent 5 hours of her life with me. Woke up in the morning with sores/scabs all over my scalp. I assume from the multiple chemicles she used in a failed attempt to accomplish the color i requested. I will NOT be going back and will NOT recommend this shop to anyone.

Ive been going to Regis for 6 or 7 years; I used to go to the one in the Deptford mall and I was devastated it closed. I go to Moorestown now because I dont trust anyone but Maddie to do my hair. She does such an amazing job at coloring; I have gotten so many compliments. I showed her a picture of what Iwanted and it came out spot on! All the other girls are so nice and friendly too! And I never leave empty handed, they always have great deals and sales on product and Maddie knows just what my hair needs. Always look forward to getting my hair done!

Stopped in on Black Friday for a quick haircut, place wasnt busy at all. I just needed a very simple trim. I believe Lindsay was my stylist. Stay far away from her! She was extremely slow, checked her work over and over, was very rough, combed my hair a million times and combed over my ear extremely rough. Slow and horrible. She needs to be banned from touching another persons hair for a long time. She needs serious supervision and redo beauty school if she ever went to begin. Stay away!

Kim has been doing my hair, and my daughters hair, for about 6 months or more now. LOVE HER. I went in last year with a hot mess on my head and she has coaxed it into a real style, and a lovely flattering color.

DO NOT HAVE COLLEEN CUT YOUR HAIR. A trim is not 1.5 - 2 inches. I now have a Dutch Boy hairstyle that will take at least 5 months to grow out.
