After being a customer with this group for the past forever. After todays experience I will never go back. The stylist that cut my hair was in a rush, used the wrong size blade and was so rough that I had to pull away from her weapon multiple times. As soon as she was "finished" I quickly opted out of the hair wash for fear of being drowned. I understand that each stylist provides an individual experience but this specific individual was fulfilling a supervisory role. Corporate Attitude, Atmosphere, and Professionalism flow down hill.
