this place is excellent! the staff is very friendly, theres no attitude whatsoever at front desk like you typically get when you go to a salon of that range. I used to go to Jean Madeline salon and the reason i stopped is because of the attitude the girls at front desk have( they make you feel extremely uncomfortable the moment you walk in) and also the stylists were just ok nothing special. At high tech hair they welcome you with nice smile, but most importantly their hair stylists REALLY know what theyre doing. Lisa V did my hair 3 times already and every time its perfect! i used to have long hair and wanted to keep it long but when went there first time i told her to cut it really short! Why? Because i knew she would do it right. And i absolutely loved my cut but because i dont have too much time to spend on my hair in the morning i had to go back to long hair. Now a year later i went back to her to get layers, and was pleasantly surprised she remembered me a year later (this note is for the person who wrote about a stylist who couldnt remember her ). And one more thing, this place is not overrated at all unless u use to get you haircuts at some lousy haircuttery. I highly recommend this place for women who want to look great and get compliments on their hair at all times. And of course i highly recommend Lisa V! This girl is just amazing!

Love this place, Lisa does an excellent job cutting hair and giving you what you really want and need! I have had a hard time finding a place to have my hair done since moving here and have tried everyplace around me, only to have the inexperienced over process and over charge me for services that I was completely unhappy with. I also had. The "keratin treatment" done at a different salon that did not take and when I complained to the salon, they offered to re-do it at my cost. Lisa explained to me the different applications and techniques and basically the girl at the other salon did not apply enough heat for the keratin to set in. Lisa gave me the Brazilian blowout and what a difference. The fact that it takes half the blow drying time out of my life is well worth it. I highly recommend you try this salon! I love it!!

After dyeing my hair out of a box for the last year (student budget!) I finally relented and came to my friend Ariel at Hi Tech. She recommended a semi-permanent color so that it would grow out more gradually and be softer on my straw-like shoulder length hair. She listened to me closely and created a great warm-but-not-reddish shade and has since also given me a great haircut- makes styling much easier on my thick hair. I have been so happy and gotten so many compliments on my shiny, rich hair. Its been 2 months and Im just now going back for new color, so even the semi-permanent lasted a while. Is it fairly priced? Yes- your hair is an accessory you wear everyday. Buy your clothes at Target if you have to, but spend some $$ on your hair. Dont spend a year with burnt hair like I did!

Maria and all the staff are fantastic. This place has been in business forever and there is a reason. I think its too of the 3 best salons in the city. Maria is my favorite hairdresser ever cut color keratin. Jen did my hair 10 15 years ago and she is great too. High Tech has it all and more the beautiful red hair receptionist is awesome at getting you in. If you want to look like a star try this place Ive been everywhere and I only go to Maria there now. If shes booked go to Jen, I think everyone is really good. My hairdresser Maria is super cool listens to you and makes you look fabulous no matter what tell her Melissa the Rockstar Realtor referred you. Must go

I recently got a haircut with Deanna for the first time & absolutely LOVE it! I went in knowing I wanted a change but had no idea what style I was looking for. Deanna was very helpful in providing different styles that would look good on me. I ended up loving my cut & had a great experience with Deanna overall. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a new stylist! I also went to Rebecca for my eyebrows. I am very particular about how I want my brows shaped & have to say she is truly an expert. If youre looking for natural & symmetrical shaped brows, go to Rebecca! One of the best in the biz!

My wife had her routine five week appointment today and took my son and daughter with her. The staff could not have been any nicer to my children. In addition, two stylist worked together to fit in my daughter. She looked just like her American Girl Doll when she left with a great hair cut and cute braid. My son had his head all messed up by another salon in blue bell, so a gentleman fixed him all up. I am very thankful my family was taken care of today.

My experience with Lisa and her staff was always a great one. I never had anything but the best of service and professional staff and friendly. waste of money. they kept saying ill gonna love it. they say it would make my hair shiny and straight. it did because they were ironing my hair straight but after i woke up the next morning its all wavy again and im not even really curly. and the worst is i paid $350. so thats $350 down the drain and have to wait for 4 months to get another straigtening treatment. oh well.
